DUB! I always watch the dubbed cartoons, because for me, it's just a lot more convenient. Also, I think the voices are better than the subbed ones (except for Sasuke)

18. Pro-Sakura or Anti-Sakura?
PRO-SAKURA! She's my favorite character in the whole entire series. The only thing I didn't like is that she was weak in Part 1. However, the scene where she cuts her hair is one of my faves in the whole series. In Shippuden, she totally kicks ass.

19. Tobi = Annoying or funny?

Funny as heck. Again, this is why I think that the dub voices are better.

Yes, I do.

Ugly nerd. How can you call someone like that SEXY? However, he's really funny with the "power of youth" stuff and the rivalry with Kakashi cracks me up.
