I wish that I could say that I am a 23-year-old from Wellington, New Zealand that lives in a wonderful apartment whilst I pursue my dream of becoming a writer/artist/special effects director/Elijah Wood's wife, but, sad to say, I am not. *sigh*

~CURRENT SITUATION~

Well, to start off, my name is Caitlin. I have quite a few nicknames (not as many as my friend Michelle, though):

Yeah, I live in a really STUPID place that I can't WAIT to get out of...well, it's not THAT bad but it's up there on the bad scale...if you haven't guessed already, it's Rhode Island (you know, that ITTY BITTY little piece of land in New England on the map of America that you can BARELY see).

I'm 14 and in 9th grade. I'm not much of a "school spirit" type, but GO CLASS OF 2007 HURRICANES RULE!!!

I am single ^.~

Let's see...well, I have many hobbies and interests. I like to write (obviously!), draw, go for walks, take pictures, watch/enjoy/analyze movies, listen to/enjoy/analyze music, watch LOTS of tv, keep up with my friends and family (lub ya!), go online, obsess over things, and lots of other stuff. (I am obsessed with penguins by the way)

I am blatanly obsessed with the Lord of the Rings (ask anyone I know!). I've seen each movie countless numbers of times. I own the Special Edition of the Fellowship and the Two Towers AND I LUBE EM TO DEATH!!!

~HOPES FOR THE FUTURE~

I want to pursue a career in movies. I don't care what sort of a career, though. Acting, writing, directing, prop-making, digital effects...I just love movies and theater for the joy it brings to me and others. Once I graduate highschool, I'm hoping to move to California or New York (I like California better, though) and go to a college that specializes in the arts. Who knows? Maybe you'll see me in the credits on the big screen someday. ^_~
