HIGHLIGHTS: "A Light in the Dark" completed! Oh, I apologize to everyone who is waiting on chapters. I haven't been able to get to the computer long enough to write a chapter or two because of a few things that have happened lately. Classes started as well as a whole new load of transferring problems. Just this past week, my mom was emitted to the hospital after collapsing at my brother's football game, and was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of an orange. So, being the oldest in a two-kid, single parent household, it's been one rollercoaster after the other. Bear with me please!

A little bit about me - Okay, I'm currently enrolled in a university, my major going to be Elementary Education. My eyes are dark brown and look black if you look at them at night or in a darkened area. Weird for a white girl, but hey, I'm not complaining. I like them. My hair is also brown and getting longer since I cut it so short a few years ago. (sigh) I wish I hadn't. Although raised in a Christian home, I am currently moving past that. A lot of things have changed in the past years that have given me no reason to believe anymore. I believe what is in my heart. Cliche, I know, but that's the truth. I love magic, karma, tarot cards (for some odd reason I'm good at), ghosts/spirits, guardians, and other things along that nature. I love nature, by the way, and my element at heart is water. I love the water! Yay! Born and raised in the US, I hope to one day be able to travel to different countries such as Japan, Egypt, and Greece. When I was younger, I became interested in different mythologies. Egyptian and Greek are my two favorite. I speak Cherokee and a little Irish (still learning), which is good considering I'm part Cherokee Indian and Irish/Dutch. I used to be able to write in Ancient Egyptian (something that I taught myself a long time ago), but haven't used it in so long, that I practically forgot. I hope to regain it and continue learning how to speak it as well. I also want to speak Latin (don't ask why, just a fetish I have). My favorite animals are the wolf, tiger, fox (any type, but mainly the arctic), horse, dog, cat, peacock (don't ask), snow owl, falcon (mainly periguine), and hawk. My favorite mythological animals are the phoenix (all types - the fire (main one we all know) and the snow are the ones I'm the most closest to), unicorns, pegasus, and a bunch of others that I cannot remeber off the top of my head. I have been interested in anime/manga since I guess I was 10, maybe 7, I don't remember. I just remember watching the first season of Dragonball Z and Gundam Wing and Sailor Moon, me having an argument with my step-brother of which show was better (Gundam Wing!). I've been drawing since before I started school, and have been interested in art since. Nowadays, I mainly draw anime/manga style than realism or fantasy, though I still do that as well. I love to write, and have been interested in writing stories since my middle school years. I have started on three original stories (two written one manga style) but as of this moment, the manga one is more advanced than the other two. I'll try and start posting it on DA if anyone's interested.

"Kiss Me" is a dedication to two friends who's birthdays are in February. V-Month! So, I made them a picture for their birthday! More dedications will be up over the course of the year.

"Let Him Sleep" is dedicated to StunningGhost and her Beyblade fanfic "Camping". I love it so much, and she wanted a pic of Kai when he was sleeping in one of her chapters. Here it is!

"Kital" is a slightly older character that I made up while still in high school. I started a manga on a story with him and three other characters and will probably upload it on DA sometime. Yes, it will be Shounen-ai. I haven't decided if I will put some yaoi (guy sex) in it or not. I'll decide later on. But this is just a sketch of him when I got bored in class. '

"Kai and Toshiro for EG" is basically self-explanatory. For anyone who has read Elemental Gypsy's fic "Healing of the Heart" will know what I'm talking about. If not, check it out.

"ID" is basically a self-portrait done. I got bored...'

"Kitty Kai" is Kai in kitty form for my fic "Be My Valentine?"! Nothing more said.

"Eye of the Sun" is the long-awaited pic for my fic "Eye of the Sun". Enjoy a little Miguel/Kai.

"Dranzer Lineart" is my version of Dranzer's female form. Although I believe that he is a male, I made that mistake in my "Destiny Revealed" fic, and it rolled over to the sequel where this is based from. You can download this and color it if you want, but please tell me. It is my lineart. I want to see what you do with it.

"Dranzer - Colored" is the colored version of the lineart.

"Allen Walker.realistic" is the realistic (at least my version) version of Allen Walker from D. Gray-man. Anyone who hasn't heard of this anime/manga needs to read/watch it. REALLY good.

"Never Without Luck" is another birthday picture that I did. One of my friends has a birthday on St. Patrick's Day, and this came to mind after many days of pondering.

"Jester" is my April Fool's Day picture. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

"Happy Birthday" is another birthday picture. One of my friends likes bears. I can't draw bears. So, he got a teddy bear.

"2000 Hit" is a thank you gift for all those who have viewed, commented, or faved my "Kai and Toshiro for EG". It reached over 2000 hits on April 13, 2009! Yay!

"Girls" is my version of female Kai and Ray. I'm not really one for shoujo-ai, but I used to be a huge Kai/Ray/Kai fan (still am) and whenever I draw them together, it has to be somewhat intimate. So this is it. Ray turned out horribly, but Kai still looks sexy. It's in pencil. Haven't decided to color it or not.

"iPod Sketch" is something I did last September. I got bored in one of my classes and had my iPod out before me. So, I drew it.

"Boredom Sketches" is just a random piece of paper with even more random drawings.

"Hiwatari Lines Colored" is someone else's work that I just had fun coloring on the computer.

"Season 4 Colored" is drawn by the great Doujinshi-ka, but I just colored it.

"Hiding" is a photograph I had taken two winters ago. It actually has a bird in the tree branches that I didn't know was there until I actually studied the picture for a painting I was doing a few days later.

"Footprints" was taken two winters ago when we actually got snow! We hardly ever do, and I love snow. So, I had to take a picture.

"Autumn Hights" was taken two autumns ago at a local trail.

"Old Tree" was taken two autumns ago at a local trail. I fell in love with this tree at first glance. The land used to be a Cherokee homeland, and if you look at the tree well enough, you can see the little knicks and carvings done by the Native Americans. Maybe that's why I'm drawn to it, being of Cherokee blood myself.
