Short Bio:

Hi, I'm a half Japanese/American twenty-year-old girl who lived my whole life in Japan and uses English as my first language! I know, that's pretty mixed up. :d Anyway, I love movies and reading, the two are my favorite past-times. I own over 600 movies, with about 400 DVDs in my collection and I have LOTS of books which I like reading over and over.

I am now living in Honolulu, Hawaii and attending University of Hawaii at Manoa, now a senior. Completed my AA degree in Liberal Arts and am currently pursuing BA degrees in the Academy for Creative Media in Digital Production (Film Production) and also History with my focus in Asia/Pacific History (specifically, Japanese History). Graduating this fall, woohoo!.

Author's Note Update May 25th, 2009:

I apologize to all my readers and fans for having abandoned Boromir, Thou Shall Live for so long. Unfortunately, college and filming is taking so much of my time that I don't have any time to write. The next chapter is still only half completed as I am struggling figure out how I shall continue. I know how the story will end but I have decided that I have strayed way too much from Boromie throughout the story. I know people love my chapters dedicated to all the other characters (particularily Pippin, Faramir, Bawuer, and Eowyn) but at the rate I'm going, the story will never end. So I'm thinking of complete focus on Boromir now and only from his point of view except for a few important POVs I need to include now that Boromir's alive which causes change from the original stories. I'm planning to be really working on the story this summer!

~The Rookie Agent Affair - Probably you've never heard of The Man from UNCLE, a tv series from the mid-to-later 60's. Great show, FANTASTIC David McCallum as Russian spy, Illya Kuryakin. I'm sorting of basing the plot loosely on "Shop Around the Corner" and "You've Got Mail".

LORD OF THE RINGS

"WHY DID THEY DO THAT?" series - This is a series of humor/parody vignettes I’m going to be writing. It’ll be a serious of stories called the "Why Did They Do That?" series dealing with the Elves of Middle Earth. Did you ever wonder why some things occurred in the movies which never happened in the book? Such confusing and strange events will be explained in my series in very funny ways.

~Who Shall Take the Road? - First of WDTDT series
(Tries to explain why in the movie, Arwen brings Frodo to Rivendell instead of Glorfindel)
- When Elrond sends Glorfindel to search for Aragorn and the hobbits, he never dreams that his daughter would wish to take the mission! Featuring characters Glorfindel, Erestor, Elrond, and Arwen

~Why Should They Be Allowed To Go? - Second of WDTDT series
(Tries to explain why in the movie, Elrohir, Elladan, and the Dunedain never show up to join Aragorn)
- Arwen is bent on having revenge upon her brothers for playing a terrible prank on her. But how to go about it without getting into too much trouble? Or better yet, how to go about it without getting caught? Featuring characters Arwen, Elrohir, Elladan, Elrond, and Erestor.

The Legends of Shannar is a two-parter story, but in fact I'm thinking of using it as a prequel to a story set during the "Lord of the Rings".

~Shannar of the Branded Ones - Part One of my two-parter story, Legends of Shannar.
- You won't believe how hard I studied the history of Middle Earth for this series! Anyway, the only familiar characters for those who've read the Lord of the Rings books are Elrond and Isildur.

~The Beginnings of Evil - Part Two of the Two-Parter Legends of Shannar.
- More action than the previous story, more romance, too. Familiar characters, Radagast the Brown!

To Vanquish the Shadows" - Just a combination of two of my other completed fics, "Shannar of the Branded Ones" and "The Beginnings of Evil". I recommend you read the two stories instead of this one since they're more updated versions.

~To Be the Man Whom She Could Love (Phantom of the Opera) - I had to write a poem on the theme of my choice for English class, so I decided to write one based on "The Phantom of the Opera".It's a poem on the Phantom's thoughts after Christine has left. The Phantom tries to sort out his feelings of love, remorse, and loneliness.Very sad and angsty...

Never Bet On Love (Newsies) - Whoah, most people might probably been afraid that I had abandoned this fic... but not to feah, the new chaptah is heah! Got all inspired again to write about the newsies and this chapter focuses on David. An interesting one to write, considering he's not exactly my favorite newsies... but writing about him has made me form a certain attachment to him. :P I guess that's the way it goes... Anyway, enjoy!
