I have discontinued Getting Selphie, and Split Apart due to lack of interest in the storylines of each. Originally, Getting Selphie was named "Lost Love" because it used to be a one shot fic and stopped at the first chapter. For some reason, I was possessed to attempt to keep the story going. Unfortunately, it's an old story and I hate the way it was written.

I have discontinued Split Apart because it was getting to be too much to keep up with while writing Heroes Of Spira. After re-reading Split Apart, I can only slap myself and ask, "What was I thinking?" The idea at the time sounded like an awesome one. I had this whole theory worked out in my mind... But that first chapter totally turns me off; it's a wonder to me why people continued to read after how awful and corny the first chapter was. Le sigh...

Heroes Of Spira is now discontinued. I've really lost interest in it. I wrote it too many years ago and I just can't seem to get back into it. Even with the revisions it's still terrible. Sorry guys. No more crap from this story.

There was going to be a sequel to A Broken Past, but I decided to leave it at that, unless I have people asking me for a sequel, of which I highly doubt. I was also planning on re-writing this fic, but I've already done that once before, so I'll leave it as is, however, be on the look out for yet another Father/Son fic some day.

Update; January 4th 2009
After re-reading A Broken Past, I've realized quite a number of errors I made. I've been playing FFVIII again and there are a number of inconsistencies in the story. Not to mention after re-reading it I know I can do a better job at writing it. I'm hoping to make some time to completely re-write the entire fic. I don't think I'll replace it though, I'll just write a completely new one. Everything in the first chapter happened much too fast for my liking, so I'm hoping to write it better this time around.

Also, once I'm finished playing FFVIII, I'm going to start a new game of FFX so that I can continue writing Heroes of Spira. I've kind of forgotten a number of things that take place in the game and I'm really hoping to pick up the story again. I really want to finish it someday! I've been working on it for so long now. I'm also going to finish revising the rest of the previous chapters soon as well. Before I update with a new chapter I'd really like to fix a lot of errors I made - especially with the Blitzball chapter. Once I've revised all of the old chapters, keep an eye out for a new one!

I decided to discontinue Fragile Existence as well. Reason being that now that I've replayed FFVIII and actually sat down to ponder the Rinoa/Ultimecia theory, it's reasonably impossible for Ultimecia to be Rinoa. At least my own theory as to why Rinoa would become Ultimecia isn't technically possible. If I can think of another way to turn the story, I'll definitely start updating again, but until I have a brilliant breakthrough, I'm discontinuing it.
