Author has written 14 stories for Harry Potter, Redwall, Law and Order: SVU, Phantom of the Opera, RENT, Twilight, Robin Hood BBC, Star Trek: 2009, and Hana-Kimi. Welcome, one and all, to my little corner in cyberspace. I am known as: Lilliane (on this site, as well as others), romantic_india (on livejournal), and wanderingchild17 (on youtube and on veoh). If you happen to see one of those names on a website somewhere, chances are that it is most likely me, though I would advise checking with that person first... I decided that this profile was a bit too wordy and specific, so now it's simply a place for me to tell you about my stories/poems/oneshots that are up here, and what I also happen to be writing that isn't placed here (though whether those stories will make it here or not remains to be seen), and it also plays host to random quotes that I happen to pick up. Blood Red: I wrote this poem a looong time ago, hence the short lines. It's a Harry Potter poem in which Ginny tells Tom Riddle her side of the story, but darker feelings come into play...to quote silvergenji, it's somewhat "shivery". The Forbidden Forest: Another Harry Potter poem. This tells of the trees in the Forbidden Forest and how they seem to be 'darker' than other trees. I drew on the Old Forest from The Fellowship of the Ring for inspiration. I Will Remember You: The 3rd Harry Potter poem. This could be perceived as coming from anyone's point of view, at least those who knew the true Sirius Black before he died. In loving memory... Until...: Mostly-alternate-universe Redwall oneshot (though I've deliberated off and on about continuing it). There's a masquerade to celebrate the Winter Solstice at Redwall Abbey, and certain gentlecreatures conspire to bring Matthias and Cornflower together. Replete with romance, disguises, intrigue, and dancing galore! Who Wants to Live Forever?: Written during my Law and Order: SVU/John and Olivia phase. Olivia Benson is unexpectedly shot during a stakeout. While at her funeral, John regrets not revealing to her his true feelings. Open Road: My bit of RENT fluff. Roger serenades Mimi by moonlight and takes her on their honeymoon. Set to Mat Kearney's "Chicago". And You Will Think That I've Moved On: My Twilight fic, originally written for a oneshot contest with the common theme of "sacrifice". Edward promised Bella he wouldn't come back, not ever. What happens when he breaks his promise? Marian's Nightmare: Inspired by a video on you tube with the same name, edited by Veritas 724 (also called KerryVeritas on ffn). This is a oneshot based on BBC's Robin Hood, in which Marian has a horrible nightmare about the dark Lord of Gisbourne... The Tale of Rigoletto: (in progress) My Phantom of the Opera story, as it is (and was) my first ever fandom, and I still love it! The story is a crossover between The Phantom of the Opera and the film Rigoletto (from Feature Films for Families, not the opera). More romance, disguises, and intrigue, which is beginning to come forth... And, because I love quotes: "...She look'd down to Camelot. With a steady, stony glance- -Alfred, Lord Tennyson, The Lady of Shallot "...I thought I knew what Persephone must have felt after she ate those pomegranate seeds; and was then surprised by a sudden rush of sympathy for the dour King of Hell." -Beauty, by Robin McKinley "Who knows what you've spoken to the darkness, in the bitter watches of the night, when all your life seems to shrink, the walls of your bower closing in about you; a hutch to trammel some wild thing in?" -Grima Wormtongue, The Two Towers "Arrrrrgg! Swash, swash, buckle, buckle!" -Orlando Bloom "Whitey Black is a moron; I'm not sure if he even has opposable thumbs." -Drum Eatenton, Steel Magnolias "The only reason people are nice to me is because I have more money than God." -Ouiser Bordreaux, Steel Magnolias "...she said writing novels was like childbirth: if you truly remembered how awful it got, you'd never do it again." -This Lullaby, Sarah Dessen Margaret: You think that, because you are rich and that my father is in reduced circumstances, you can have me for your possession. I suppose I should expect no less from someone in trade! Mr. Thornton: I don't want to possess you! I wish to marry you because I love you! -North and South (film) "I'm going to die because of a complete nonentity?!" - Sheriff of Nottingham, BBC's Robin Hood Guy: You cannot give him Marian! Sheriff: I have lost Sussex! Sussex! And all you can do is blither about a girl?! I want a hanging! Guy: What?! Sheriff: Find me somebody to hang! - Guy of Gisbourne and Sheriff of Nottingham, BBC's Robin Hood "He will not come," she said - Alfred Lord Tennyson, "Mariana" "There's iron, they say, in all our blood, - Anonymous Archbishop: You can't right all the wrongs of this world by yourself. Esmeralda: Well, no one out there's going to help; that's for sure. Archbishop: -gestures to inside of cathedral- Perhaps there's someone in here who can. - Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame | |||||||||||
