Author has written 10 stories for Resident Evil, StarCraft, Discworld, and Matrix. Hi everybody, I've just returned from a very long hiatus, and so I thought I'd give my profile a quick spring-clean. For those of you who don't already know, I'm the Hyperactive Hamster Of Doom, though most of my regular readers know me as HHOD. I've been writing since I was about seven years old, and I joined ff dot net on April 1st 2003. Five years on, I'm still writing and though I don't get to update my fics very often, I always try to make it worth the wait. I've published a few things under the StarCraft, Discworld and The Matrix sections, but my specialist subject is the Resident Evil series. So far I've published five RE fics - most notably my debut fic, "Resident Evil: Project Lucifer", which recently notched up its 13,000th hit - and two of these are still in progress. The fourth is a completed one-shot called "From The Inside", and the fifth story, named "Welcome To The Jungle", unfortunately stalled some time ago, so I'm now debating whether or not to leave it as a one-shot or to incorporate it into a novelisation of Resident Evil Zero, which I'm hoping to start work on once I have a bit more spare time.
