Author has written 30 stories for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Trek: 2009, Numb3rs, Stargate: SG-1, NCIS, Blue Bloods, Stargate: Atlantis, Alias, Angel, Farscape, CSI, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Hunger Games, Once Upon a Time, Fantastic 4, Tangled, and Warehouse 13. I have always loved to write, and I will always write. I am working on honing my writing skills, and eventually I will be focusing more on my original stuff. However, I have also always loved to imagine stories for the books, shows and movies that I love, including missing scenes and what may happen afterwards. I have many more fic ideas than I'd ever be able to write so I imagine I will always have something coming. Writing Goals for the Summer of 2013: I hardly write anything past one-shots anymore, and even the word count on those has gotten smaller. I feel I have lost my confidence in my ability to write longer stories, and therefore am not challenging myself to do so. My main goal for the summer is to write a multi-chapter story, beit original or fanfiction, and to complete it and prove to myself that I can still do it, and that it will be good. More importantly, I hope to continue to learn about the craft of writing during this process; I suppose I should never really feel satisfied with where I am at and should always strive for my writing to get better, but always feeling like it isn't good enough is frustrating. Whatever fanfiction I write, I will certainly share here. | |||||||
