Author has written 45 stories for Lord of the Rings, Bill, Silmarillion, Ocean's 11, Miles Vorkosigan, and West Wing. I've been a writer since kindy - I can still remember the utter satisfaction of finding the right words to describe my treehouse (cool and green) and wrote bad poetry and fic through all my school days. I discovered fanfic in the late 80s and wrote a little ST before moving onto Blake's 7. I wrote B7 fanfic (back in the days of fanzines not web archives for quite a few years. In recent years I've been writing The Bill fanfic - http://www.tbfanfic.com and http://www.geocities.com/CultofCullen . I run a teeny little writers group for TB writers. I've had occasional unsucessful tries at getting someone to pay me for what I write. I got hooked on LOTR in January after seeing TTT - though I'd read it all years ago and had seen the previous movie. I love both book and movie and am currently complicating my life by not rereading ROTK until after I've seen the movie ;-) I didn't plan on writing in the LOTR universe but finding the wonderful http://www.henneth-annun.net enticed me into it.
