Author has written 28 stories for Witch Hunter Robin, Lost Boys, Hex, Ginger Snaps, Final Fantasy VIII, Dollhouse, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Supernatural, Tin Man, Aliens/Predator, Sanctuary, Hellraiser, Terra Nova, Goonies, and Prometheus, 2012. VAARNA ( formerly SAINT’S HANDS) I’ve been writing stories ever since I was a kid, but started writing fan fiction only in 2003 when I was 14 years old and Dark Angel was on TV. At first the stories were bad as was my grammar and vocabulary, but with practice I became better at writing in another language. Also as I matured myself the stories started becoming more about plot and extending the show/movie/anime than just about relationships. Don’t be fooled though, I still mainly write about relationships that are damaged, dark and struggling, because that is the kind of interaction that intrigues me. English is not my native language, nor do I have a beta. You're free to complain about my grammar, spelling, typos, and I will try and improve my writing accordingly. However, to be honest, I wouldn't get any writing done if I needed to search for a beta for everything I write. I go through fandoms fast, my pairings are uncommon, the subjects are dark and most are not comfortable reading my stories. Writing is mainly a hobby for me, practise in expressing myself in a foreign language. I simply don't have time to find a new beta every time I write something. Feel free to offer up your services though. I'd be delighted to receive them if possible. Lately I haven’t found as much time to write as I used to. I’ve abandoned several projects that I was enthusiastic about at first, but also still struggle to finish some of my oldest on-going fics, just because they’re so close to the end, even if they feel incomplete and poor in comparison now (you try looking back at writing you did two to five years ago). Luckily the NaNoWriMo 2011 kicked my ass back in the game (I actually won for the first time), and it really helped me develope a system for writing. After that, stories have been coming out a lot easier. Reviews always help me write, and I love to debate about characterization, but unfortunately reviews won’t make me write any faster – Sorry. Since these aren’t my characters and I’m just borrowing them, these will always remain my interpretations about how they would behave in the circumstances I put them in – if you’re not fond of how I write certain characters, obviously you can always find a fic that treats them “better”. In the end I’m just borrowing characters that’re already kickass, and I just try and remain true to them. Note that I've recently changed my ff.net alias for over ten years to Vaarna, which is something I've been using at other sites lately. Since I'm pretty broke at the moment, I haven't been able to buy a new computer. So this is a forced hiatus for now.
