Author has written 24 stories for Yu Yu Hakusho, Harry Potter, Anime X-overs, Newsies, Naruto, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy VIII. I deal best with one-shots, as I keep forgetting to finish the long term projects I start Lately I've been working with Naruto oneshots and experimenting with a different-ish style. I like writing for Kamizuki Izumo and Hagane Kotetsu just because they're interesting. I made the Kamizuki a clan of psychics; nowhere in the manga or anime does it give any information about them, or even if Izumo has a clan to begin with. Kamizuki translates to ‘divine moon’, and I thought it would be interesting if they were mostly half psychics, with the random full psychic like Izumo, who specialize in moon divination. I don’t claim to know much on psychics or divination. The Kamizuki have a bit of an ego problem and resent the Hyuuga and Uchiha, as demonstrated in the last part of my fic, Butterfly. They’re with Maito Gai on the entire spiel that hard work so kicks blood traits- that is what he and Lee are always going on about, right? Hard work being just as good if not better than genius and blood trait? -so they like to think they’re on the same level as those two clans.Now, the Kamizuki clan used to be full of true psychics, but they grew lazy, and some didn't want to try as hard as their forefathers. Consequently, their powers diminished. Izumo also seems to have a swearing problem in my most recent fic. ‘Hagane’ and ‘Kotetsu’ have meanings that have to do with metal, specifically steel, so it would make sense that Kotetsu has some metalworking background. I mean, Sakura has pink hair, and Naruto means fishcake, which can be found in ramen, and the Nara clan raise deer. Canon Kotetsu probably isn’t a klepto either, but I like to think it’s a trait he outgrew, or that maybe he still takes the enemies’ weapons. It’s the only sensible course of action to take, really. I apologize, Butterfly is not at all up to par. Update March 12, 2006: I changed my homepage, and you can find various non/posted items there once I get it going . But it's not in the homepage link.
