A WWII fighter pilot crash lands in an archipelago and encounters a distrustful dragon. As he attempts to gain its trust, he uncovers the area's lost history. However, it becomes clear that enemy aircraft aren't his only enemies in a world driven mad. (Author's Note: I am back! FYI, I've done some restructuring of the story.
