Ah Fanfiction! My ever pleasant diversion from LIFE!! Perhaps one day I'll submit one of my stories should I get to finish even one chapter... uhh, so it's probably never gonna happen any time soon. But hey, so what? There are TONS of very talented writers here with great stories who do a far better job than me. So it's no loss at all. A note to the writers I read on this site: As a reader, I NEVER flame authors and always leave a signed review. If a story is not to my liking (I read up to a third or half way), I just move on and do not bother with a review. There are SO many stories to discover & I'd rather use my time to hunt for another great read instead of leaving a nasty & pointless comment. The purpose of my reviews is to encourage and give feedback to the writer about their stories. I point out misspellings, plot inconsistencies, offer my opinion on characters, narrative flow, characterizations etc. And mainly I review to tell writers how much I like their work! If I do leave a negative review (which is not very often), it's meant as a constructive challenge to the writer to do better or build on their last effort. It is NOT meant to be cruel or petty. I admire the courage of the writers here that have put up their hard work for the anonymous public to read and (gasp!) review.
