Doctor Who: Ten/Rose (find Martha annoying), and Nine/Rose too (ten is just a bit cuter).. I also really love the Ten/Donna friendship.. and well I could deal with Captain Jack and anyone (especially Rose in an OTP3).

Greek: Cappie/Casey..though to be honest i don't dislike Evan/Casey.. i just really hate Cappie/Rebecca..

Twilight: I love Bella and Edward, but I must admit I also like Bella and Jacob (book version)..wish she could have her cake and eat it too

The Tudors: Henry/Anne, I have a slight soft spot for Henry and Katherine of Aragon..but only a slight one. I love season one Charles Brandon.

Greys: Derek/Meredith, Alex/Izzie

Stargate SGI: Sam/Jack, Daniel/Vaala

Stargate Atlantis: Ronan/Teyla, John/Teyla, Michael/Teyla, John/Larrin, McKay/Jen.. hate dr.weir.. kind of really glad that she's gone

Battlestar Galactica: Lee/Kara, Helo/Athena, Chief/Boomer...Long live BSG (besides the crappy sendoff the finale made for two of my fav couples)

Supernatural: Love both guys... love them with OCs.. I've read some really good Ruby (blonde) stories with either of them..not a wincest fan in general.. and also oddly love them with Brooke from OTH..

Lost: Kate with just about anyone (I go back and forth between Jate and Skate..But I think I am a Skater in the end), Charlie/Claire, Jin/Sun, Faraday/Charlotte... I feel towards Juliet how I feel about Peyton Sawyer.. like her as long as she's not with any guy that I think should be with someone else.

Moonlight: Mick/Beth, Josef/Beth

Gilmore Girls: Rory/Tristan, Rory/Logan, Rory/Jess...once in a while.. Rory/Dean.. and of course Loreali/Luke

Secret Diary of a Call Girl: Hannah/Ben

90210- Naomi/Liam.. didn't think I'd like Naomi at first, but she sort of reminds me of a season 1 Brooke Davis. Since Liam sort of reminds of me of Nathan Scott (and I've always had a slight soft spot for Brathan) I like the two together.

I like other pairings but those are the ones that come to mind right now
