As a poor, starving college student, addicted to chocolate, pineapples and strawberry boba milk tea, in addition to being perpetually sleepy and a complete bookworm, writing is one of my few true personal pleasures.

I apologize that my updates are so sporadic, especially during school. Believe it or not, I have a life outside anime and fanfiction, and while I write constantly, I also revise and cut out things continually, as I value quality over time. I want to end my "first" and hopefully longest fanfiction well, and the last three chapters are vital to my original purpose.

Updates:

7/18 - Highlight posted. Working on I Am Free, Bishonen House, and Family Affair.

5/26- I'm still alive...though just barely because of finals...
Tears, which was supposed to be Kenshin's reflections on Megumi was posted today.
Insomnia, one-shot at an exchange between Aoshi and Megumi was not finished.
Highlight, an absurd one-shot (YGO) was finished but not posted. I've been reading too much Murakami.

Status of fanfiction:
I Am Free Chapter 23: 20 percent
Family Affair Chapter 2:50 percent..ahh...I might have to go for a third chapter
Bishonen House Chapter 3: 20 percent
Dirty Laundry (one-shot): 20 percent
Insomnia (one-shot): being rewritten

4/27 - No new chapters or fanfiction, due to the policy that interprets incorporating song lyrics into our fanfiction as illegally reproducing material we do not own, I have removed all song lyrics from my fanfiction...despite the facts that "I Am Free" is entirely based on a song, "Somewhere Out There" and "Kiss Me, You Fool" are songfiction...I don't want my account to be removed.

I have my favorite pairings...but others capture my fancy here and there...especially freakishly odd pairings that are done so well. Very attracted to fire-ice couples and speculations on what could have been.
