Author has written 10 stories for Secret Window, and House, M.D..

Bio:
I first started writing fanfiction in late 2004, for the movie version of Stephen King's Secret Window. The psychological subplots and the claustrophobic setting appealed to me, but eventually the fandom became overrun with Johnny Depp fangirls and their Mary Sues. Blech. That's a definite downside to having a famously beautiful man play the lead in your fandom of choice. Thanks, but no thanks. As much as I adored it, I don't write for that fandom anymore.

I discovered the TV show "House, M.D." almost exactly a year later, and immediately had a fit of glee at the wit, the sarcasm, the masterful use of subtext, and most of all... the intellectual dialogue. Undeniably smart characters in canon... a definite Mary Sue deterrent if I ever saw any. I think I'll be here for a while yet.

First and foremost, I'm a humor writer, since I'm not particularly angsty by nature and I love absurdity. The type of humor I like (and like to write) ranges from the subtleness of deadpan wit to complete and total lunacy. You'll see hints of the ridiculous poking through the narration in most of my stories, which is a specific writing style I've been working to cultivate in my fiction.

My aim in writing, therefore... is to be silly. That's all there is to it.

Recently, I've been trying different styles, experimenting with bizarre and unusual circumstances. I realize there probably isn't much of an audience for stories like Losing Marbles, which throws Wilson into a sort of H2G2-esque setting, but it's fun for me.

I appreciate any feedback you give me.

Nothing.

Current status: On semi-permanent hiatus. Apparently I'm not good at juggling fandom and college.
