Hey, I'm Outskirts, and I guess since a few people have read my fic I should actually put up some info.

Well, I'm 19 year old college student.

I like cartoons (Avatar, MLP FIM, Phineas and Ferb, Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, Thunder Cats, and Dan Vs. are my current favorites), video games (especially Ghost Trick, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, and Skyrim), cool fantasy stories, colorful socks, clarinets, writing (obviously), oranges, football (surprisingly), creepy pastas (especially the Slenderman Mythos), nerdy web comics(xkcd, brawl in the family, and vg cats... Also minus. If you haven't read minus go read it now) ... Oh and parenthesis (but there aren't too many in my actual stories.)

I dislike calculus, spiders (my worst phobia), the color yellow, sparkly vampires, and warm weather.

People say I'm pretty random. I personally don't like that term, since it's usually associated with hyperactive preteens. Anyway, it's mostly because they can't follow my train of thought. I admit to being a bit childish and very dorky. I'm also pretty quiet, which is part of the reason why I think the internet is awesome, because its easier for shy/awkward people to express themselves.

If it isn't too obvious from my first fic, I really like to mix up genres. Nothing I write will be 100 percent humor or drama or angst or whatever. And I'll never, ever write a straight up ship fic. Why? Because I'm not a very romantic person, I prefer a good adventure to a romance plot. Besides that, I just don't like them, they tend to be... I don't know, pointless? And lacking a good plot... and people in them tend to get pretty out of character, and a lot of them are plain old wish fulfillment. Don't get me wrong - I know they aren't all like that, but a lot of them are, so there you go. There might be a bit of romance in my stories, maybe, but it won't be the focus.

I'll read just about anything, as long as it has good characters and an interesting plot. I can look past little typos and spelling issues, just as long as its still readable. After all, I make mistakes a lot, too. And I'm the first to admit that I SUCK at spelling. Not even kidding, you should see my rough drafts. The only stories I'm hesitant to read are the ones that are really romance based, as I've already stated. I make a lot of exceptions, but I can't get through them if it's a pairing that I really don't like.

Anyway, I'm planning a few different projects: a Ghost Trick fic, a Death Note/ Artemis Fowl crossover, or maybe Death Note/ Ace Attorney (can't decide), and I really want to write something for Majora's Mask for some reason. All of these are in the early, early stages of planning, though.
