Full Summary: The summer before Viktor starts Durmstrang, his parents take him to London for Summer Hols. After wandering off into Muggle London, he spots a muggle boy beating a magical child, and he intervenes. He feels protective of the unknown boy and takes him back to his parents who, when they discover he's Harry Potter, decide to illegally adopt him through magic. Little did they know that Viktor's fierce protectiveness for his new "brother" would turn into deep love and longing and that young Henrik's adoration would turn toward a similar direction. Takes place during what would have been Harry's fourth year at HOGWARTS.

Pygmalion Legend

Pygmalion was a sculptor who carved a woman out of ivory. According to Ovid's verision, after seeing the Propoetides prostituting themselves, he is 'not interested in women', but his statue is so realistic that he falls in love with it. He offers the statue gifts and eventually prays to Venus/Aphrodite. She takes pity on him and brings the statue to life. They marry and have a son, Paphos.

George Bernard Shaw wrote a play of the same title. It was later turned into a 1938 film and then the film musical, 'My Fair Lady.' In the play, a professor of phonetics transforms a flower girl from the streets of London into a woman who can pass for a duchess. He falls in love with her, but never shows her how she appreciates her and she marries another. 'My Fair Lady,' though, has a happy ending.

Forgotten First Impressions (Pride and Prejudice). Modern Retelling, with "slight" deviation after Hunsford when the fic took on a life of its own. Mabel Elizabeth Darcy nee Bennet is my own original character. Thanks to hopefulro who is my amazing beta.

Summary: Elizabeth is a single mother, trying to forget the mysterious man from her first week in college that fathered her child. Darcy, despite himself, cannot help but fall in love with her although he is haunted with a failed love of his own.

An Earlier Proposal: A P&P Regency OneShot (Pride and Prejudice). The day after the Netherfield Ball, Darcy finds that he has to be near Elizabeth at least once more before he leaves the country. What he doesn't expect is for his beloved to run from her home as her mother attempts to persuade her to accept another man.

Pairing: Elizabeth/Darcy, (Bingley/Jane)

Notes: Initially, this was meant to be a chapter fic, but I didn't know what to do with it really after halfway through the second chapter (the second chapter is absolute rot and half-crack the way it turned out, so it will never see the light of day). It does, however, stand on its own as a slight au.

Princes & Fireflies (Harry Potter): AU of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.' When Harry finally admits to Hermione that he's doing well in Slughorn's Potions Class because of the Prince's textbook, she mentions that the Prince might be a relation to the fourth year Hufflepuff of the same name. After tracking him down, Harry becomes obsessed with him rather than with Malfoy's secretive plans. SLASH. Now my NaNoWriMo Project!!

Pairing: Harry/Original Male Character.

2. I came up with this within an hour while listening to Owl City's "Fireflies" which served as inspiration. I also want to write a good chapter slash fic where Harry is not the younger/submissive partner, but someone else is.
