November 25, 2009 Current Projects: Prelude to an Affair -- A mystery/romance-driven plot that is actually canon-based! Chapter Thirteen is up. Fourteen should be posted early December. My original beta for this is Cadaverous Apples (Roma), who is busy with school now. In her stead is the lovely Kim (Boogum). Shades of Grey -- A romance/angst fic featuring a Stockholm-esque Syndrome with a twist -- Draco is the prisoner. Chapter Fifteen has been posted. Mine, Forever -- My smut series. It has a D/S element to it. It's my first foray into smut, and it's quite naughty. A new chapter should be up in a week or two.
The Phoenix the Fox and the Dragon -- it has been put on hiatus until I have completed the first book of Prelude. I recommend NOT reading this story until Book One is finished and properly beta-ed. The reason why I am leaving PFD, for now, is because I plan on revamping the whole story (the first book). Out go the songs! Oh, I am still keeping the concept behind the year-long detention, but I don't need the lyrics in the story anymore. It was originally a song-fic that got out of control (at almost 200,000 words right now). I will be trying to make the story as believable as possible for such an old story. I will be adding much more to the Draco-Ginny dynamic and a little less Phoenix. Our mischief maker will not go away; her air-time, however, will just be toned down a bit, at least for the first two books. Unfortunately, a lot of focus has to paid to her in the first book with regards to the final book. If you really hate OCs, you will not want to read it. (Just a warning!) River's Edge -- I will be coming back to this fic, I promise. I adore Rayne fics, you have no idea. Future Projects: Time-Turner Fic (for a challenge). This should be posted by the end of December. Another Time-Turner Fic. This will be my first collaboration piece. I will be writing this with Megan (DeLaLune). Snape/Lily AU chaptered fic. I will write this if I get positive feedback for Their Last Goodbye. Christopher's Fics: Meus Profiteor -- This is my boyfriend's story from CoH. It's rather good. Two more chapters should be updated within a month's time (he is writing chapter four, and I am writing chapter five). If you play CoX, read it! It is very CoT-oriented. The first book is told in both first and third person (omniscient) narrative. Will update soon. Ron Weasley and The Golden Box -- I am currently beta-ing this one. This is his first HP fic ever!
