I've always sucked at describing myself...sure I know myself better than anyone, but it's still not fun to describe myself. Wisconsin is my home and I like TV, movies, music, reading, and writing. That doesn't mean I'm very good at any of those things.
When I first began writing, it was mostly for soap operas (only one of which I still watch), moved on to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel the Series and the X-Men movie-verse, but now it's mostly stories in Red Witch's Misfits universe, which combines the cartoon worlds of X-Men: Evolution and G.I. Joe.
I'm often the victim of writer's block (mostly because what entertains me doesn't always entertain others...I'm a bit looney)...but I do my best and crank out stories when I can. Stories I hope people enjoy.
I tend to update my LiveJournal more than any stories and am always available through there if you ever feel like checking up on me and yelling at me to get my butt in gear! Friend me if you want and I'll friend you back. Just please let me know you're doing so or else I might not notice you've friended me or why. lol.
Some of you may also know me as the owner/maintainer of The Official Red Witch Fanlisting, which, as it sounds, is dedicated to the immensely wonderful authoress, Red Witch, who has gained quite a following with her wildly popular X-Men: Evolution and Misfits stories. The site archives all her stories (for those times when FF.Net is temporarily down or the stories have such a high viewing load that not everyone can access them all the time) and is a place for her fans to join so they can be counted. Not that they don't count anyway, it's just a little list that RW can look at and go all Sally Fields on us "You like me! You really like me!"

SPECIAL NOTICE #1: To fans of my Misfits stories, I have removed the stories What You Never Know and Heart To Heart With an Insane Little Feline (from both here and my fiction livejournal). I came to the conclusion that WYNK actually kinda sucked (as well as hit a HUGE bout of writer's block, despite having, you know, outlined everything I wanted to happen in the story), so I took it down. And since H2H was a "deleted scene," I cut that out, too.
I'm not sure if I'll go back and revamp it and then upload it in its entirety or if I'll just go over individual chapters (that could exist as standalones) and revamp them and put them up as one-shots. We'll see. I'm still interested in bringing in a couple of the characters, so whether I revamp and complete the entire thing or come up with some other way to bring them in, you can look forward to more of a couple of them. We'll see what happens...after all, I have already written a fic that would take place after WYNK and would absolutely love to post it 'cause I got a huge kick out of writing it. If you really want to know what all I had planned to happen in WYNK, just contact me and let me know and I'll tell you. :)
I really must get my butt in gear and catch up on RW's fics so I can get back into the mood to write. lol.
SPECIAL NOTICE #2: To fans of my stories Katarzyna Avodain and Coming Home, yes, I have deleted them from this account (and my fiction livejournal). I'm not sure if I'll ever end up finishing them, but if I do, I'll re-upload them in their entirety. I'm sorry, but I felt it was best to take down stories that I'm not sure I'll ever finish.

The pictures for Carly, Adam, Roxie, and Jaye were created using the doll makers from eLouai and, in a couple cases, some recoloring techniques I used in Paint Shop Pro. I highly recommend the free services if you wish to put a picture to your original characters. I'm even willing to help if the doll is almost perfect except for the wrong color hair or what have you. You can email it to me and I'll do what I can to help (as long as I know what you want). I'm not as good with skin color, but, if I take my time and have a skin color reference (such as a picture of a person with the same skin tone you're looking for), I'll do my best to help, but either way, I'm better at the hair than I am at at the skintone. Just look at Carly's and Jaye's...I found hair that was good, but didn't match as much as I wanted it to, so I recolored it. Point is, I'll help however I can. All you need to do is ask. If the doll maker doesn't work for you, I'll even help you out with making them as long as you give me the character's vital information (hair color, eye color, hair style, clothing style, and anything else you think may be helpful) and I'll do my best at coming up with something for you.
