Hey y'all,

My name is Marie.

Skiing is my one obsession; if I'm not at school, I'm either at my house or up in the Rockies (unless it's summer).

I'm... not addicted to fanfiction anymore. I've started to branch out and read medical journals, literary criticism (yeah, instead of the actual book), and coffee table books as well. Not even kidding.

Most people don't know this (now you do!) but I can often be found (in summer) reading a book, with a record (yes a record... particularly Bread... I love Bread... or some old zydeco and blues records of my dad's) on, and a glass of sweet iced tea. When not in school (aka away from home... oh the joys of college life) or hanging out, of course.

So... yeah. I like to read & write in my downtime.

And digital technology is the curse of today's people when pertaining to music. Don't even get me started on that.

My major(s) is (are?) journalism and photography (possibly adding premed too), but I'm probably changing it to industrial design next semester. I dunno. Help! I want to do everything!

Oh yeah... for the last time: I hate makeup.

No longer a blonde... went all the way to SUPER dark auburn. Not that you care, babe. The real news: My book is coming along smartly and I have plans to open a bakery after school (perhaps... if I don't become a photographer...)

Never smoke a cigarette and then eat an apple. Results are somewhat disastrous and the complete opposite of compelling.
