Author has written 83 stories for Pocahontas, Mulan, Disney, Misc. Plays/Musicals, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, Aida, Chess, and Next to Normal. It's about time to dust thing off again... News Ah, finals. Let the stress begin... A Little About Moi Ah, the infamous bio section, where we tell readers meaningless facts under the impression that they actually care! Ahem, moving on... In short, I'm a 22 year-old college student who spend much to much time on Facebook, has caffine for a lifeline (none of which, strangely enough, comes form coffee. Can't stand the stuff. My roomate and I are constantly debating this. Quite entertaining to watch, actually), and writes more fics than papers (which is sad, becasue I'm a history major and that's all we do is write...). All in all, my life is nothing out of the ordinary. During the school year, classes, papers, and work consume me with small spattering of a social life on the weekends. In the summer, I try to squeeze in my travels to the various friends and relatives that are out of state between working as much as humanly possible. My intrests are varied. I'm in love with music and Broadway and I tend to listen to a little bit of everything save rap. No idea why. I just don't like it. I'm a musician by hobby alone, specializing in vocals, but dabbleing in piano and violin as well. I heart musicals and go to the city every chance that I get. Sadley, its not nearly enough for my liking, so I settle for listening obsessively to the soundtracks and writing too many fics about them (weird, I know...;)) Other than that, I'm an avid reader and if you find me without a book in my hand, it a rareity. I ususally tend to drift toward inspirational fiction, but I do read others as well, Susan Kay's Phantom, and Gregory Maguire's Wicked, topping that list. Recently I've tried to expand my (limited) knowledge of the Spanish language and attempted to read and write somethign in that. For those of you who speak the language and are brave enough (or just wish to have a good laugh), I've attempted to translate one fo my Wicked fics into Spanish. My apologies ahead of time. Despite eight years of training on the subject, I find myself to be fairly limited. I suppose that will do for now. I do like to travel, drive, get crazy with my friends, and, on occasion, cook (If I can do it without blowing something up,I consider myself successful. Domesticity and I do not mesh well...) I have loved Pocahontas since I was young and it never quite seemed to fade. Like many other fans, I hated the second movie and wanted to give the couple the happy ending that we all know they deserve. I fell in love with Phantom after seeing the movie in early 2005. I was able to see the play last May in NYC and it was one of the most amazing expiriences of my life. The chemisty between Erik and Christine is undeniable and I believe that there as so much more to their relationship than what seems at face value. Lastly, and perhaps unessecassary becasue it's 98 percent of what I've written as of late, Wicked. I fell in love witht this about a year ago andwanted to explore the characters more, especially Elphaba. I love the relationship with Fiyero, not just because of the unlikelyhood of it, but because of what it brings out in the both of them. I'm a firm believer in love conquers all and these two just seem to brign that to life. Beautiful. Oh! I am finally going to NYC to see the show! August 12, 2009! Excited? Oh, yeah...
