Author has written 12 stories for Robotech/Macross, Card Captor Sakura, Witch Hunter Robin, Avatar: Last Airbender, Bleach, and Death Note. Update, Aug. 2009: My fic "Love Amongst the Embers" won for the Zutarotica Summer Smutfic Challenge. Thank you so much to those who voted! I seem to have gotten my Avatar muse back, and it's off and running. Expect more fics very soon, both here and on LJ! In other news, I'm aware that the therenewal.org website is down. I had thought this was going to be a permanent domain home for my unedited WHR fanfiction, but it seems as though it won't. So I'll be looking to transfer the site to a new domain; I'll keep everyone posted! In the meantime I'll try to upload some of the unedited TBT chapters to my WHR Livejournal community, Hieros Gamos . A bit of background about me: I've been a writer since I was young, like very young; my first story, at 8 years old, was about a goldfish who could walk on land. (Such the optimist I am. -.-;;) In my spare time when I'm not writing, I'm usually doing one of several things: working 50 hours/week as a molecular/cell biologist, eating/sleeping/trying to stay sane, or hanging and geeking out with my boyfriend John. I've been writing now on FF-dot-net for 4 years. Anime is definitely my favorite genre...although I have the feeling I'm going to eventually attempt to wean myself off of it to try my hand at original fiction. Some of my favorite animated series: Witch Hunter Robin I started off writing in the Macross/Robotech and CCS fandoms—my first anime loves—but I got sucked in December 2003 into Witch Hunter Robin. The only thing catching up to it recently is Bleach and Avatar: The Last Airbender, and I'm quickly becoming a fan of both. Most of my up-and-coming works will be centered around these three series. Current Projects (August 2009): I've got a whole lot going on in my head (as usual). Here's the breakdown for future writing projects that I have in mind, in order of likely appearance: - Hieros Gamos - (WHR) Chapter 2, "Sleepwalking", will be up very soon. I swear it!! - Chapter 1 of Better Off Dead (Death Note B/Naomi) - Under A Blood Red Sky chapter 2 - Contrition (3rd installment of The Penance Series) In addition, I've got some original fiction going on...as if my life weren't already complicated enough. -_-;; That's all for now.
