At little about us: Both over-worked college students, so we don't get to write nearly as much as we'd like to. When not holding meetings of the Dirty Old Ladies' Club, Xpyne and I are teaching the middle school children and saving the puppies and kittys of the world, respectively, which we find more ironic than anyone. ha.
Hmm, now for our current/unfinished projects.
Firemoth (Yugioh): Dead. Sorry (but not really. it sucked. well, the writing, but the idea is still cool). Stick around long enough, and you may see it re-done as an Elemental Break fic. kukuku...
Unlovable Schemer (Yugioh): Erm... Let's just say...it's dead, too. The idea was fun to write, but that was, like four fandoms ago, and I really should have finished it back then. Oh well.
Return of the Demon (Yugioh): Um, dead. Xpyne and I are very sorry--we really did want to finish it! But it sickened us too much with its sugary characterizations, unrealistic plot devices, and child-like portrayal (sp?) of mature relationships. Give us a break; we were 16. That sounds like it should be old enough...but it's not. Someday, we'd like to post an epilogue or something, in case you were wondering how it all turned out (we did, surprisingly enough, plan it through to the end. The planned duel scene was what killed us. x_x)
Um, but please don't read our Yugioh stories if you haven't already had the misfortune of doing so. We were young then, and we're ashamed now, lol. Because it turned out we were a lot better in the "plot" department than in actually getting that plot into non-vomit inducing words. heh heh. It's okay, though, because now we're older and wiser. To some degree.
We've also got an AU Saiyuki story in the works, where Goku and Hakkai are photographers, Gojyo is a former-stipper-turned-reluctant-centerfold, and Sanzo is a Swedish supermodel. :smirk: Anyone interested?

But, while it may appear we've really been two lazy bitches lately, I can assure you this is not the case. The biggest reason for this is that Xpyne and I are working on our own original yaoi manga. The characters are developed, backstories created, plot complete, relationships determined, and final battle all planned for...all that remains is, erm, getting it all down in manga form. And seeing as it's just the two of us, this is probably going to be harder (and take longer) than we ever imagined.
