I changed my mind about trying to come up with original plot, as well. Now kinda working toward an Akatsuki Prelude rehash. Impressionable Age (Needs New Title?) - Tsunade raises Naruto; this one has a lot of skips. It's more like a collection of short glimpses into a weird world. Ffffffffff. Well, I like it! New Wind Nation Waking - Naruto in Suna; I love this one the most, but it's also... the least interesting? Something like that. Now writing a B-rank to River. Chapters 8-12 planned out. X Ramble I was thinking about the Naruto cliches I love and how I would use my stories for them. Alternate dimension crossover - KIZUNA, definitely. They land in canon Naruto-verse somehow, and of course, everyone has to comment how, well, Kizuna was always more like a boy anyway... Bonus points for Kizuna saying to Sakura that "if it's Haruno-kun, it's okay!" (with full lesbian implications and nosebleeds all around) Time Travel - New Wind Nation. NW Naruto and Gaara end up at the start of the Third War. Of course, they drag Suna right back out of it, since they know (or, will in the future) that Sasori is the one who killed the Third Kazekage. Bonus points for Gaara totally blocking his father's appointment to Kazekage. Of course, there's lots of potential for actual drama with Naruto's parents. I mean, Kushina's alive, and she's not happy with Suna, at all. (for great justice) Perfect Lionheart's Missing Hokage challenge - well, I guess this one would go to Impressionable Age. I mean, Naruto is even more Tsunade's family than canon. The challenge is basically that various forces in Konoha conspire to banish/exile Naruto, but they don't count on Hokage Tsunade going with him... taking all their stuff (and half their daughters). My favorite cliche is Minato Comes Back to Life, and He is NOT IMPRESSED - This deserves its own story, seriously, though I am actually considering making it a major plot point in NW... Well, anyway, it would be best during Chuunin Exams. We even have the convenient question mark of what happens when you try to Death Reaper Seal a soul that was already Death Reaper Sealed - and a convenient opening for the Hokage post! X X | |||||||||
