Why did you choose this pen name?

I chose this because I like older books by authors none of my friends have heard of. Tarnishing is when a metal changes color from exposure to oxygen. Libris is the Latin word for books. Tarnished books makes me think of magic, which makes me think of sorceresses, which makes me think of Diablo II, Bard's Tale and Dungeons and Dragons. Most of my stories are going to be action and fantasy in the same story. I update as fast as I can but that's not very often. Reviews keep me and my brain going. Oh, I used to be called nfosurferII. Is there any confusion you'd like to clear up from your stories?

Yes. I am not going to insert shrines in LDAD because in my own honest opinion, they never did any good in the game. All they were good for was a small change in scenery. If you actually liked having the shrines and thought they were useful, that is your opinion. Please don't flame because I didn't use something you liked. That's like you saying that Ancient's Pledge is the best rune word for a shield. There will be people who disagree, me among them.

Hello, those few people that read my profile. Since FFN doesn't like Q&A's as fanfic's, I have to post this here. This is my favorite English assignment. Basically you interview the character and they give you a response. I did this with the main characters of LDAD, Therese, Jacob, Andrew Zach and the rest. Hope you like it. 1}What is your happiest memory?

Therese: Running away with Aruba and Mandan.

Jacob:Learning I was going to become a barbarian

Zachary: Umm...I don't really have one.

Serenity: Being discovered by Listarra and later Raviena

Andrew: Becoming a silver oak leaf druid, one of the highest ranked druids

Bryon: Becoming a Priest of Rathma

Rogue: The day my mom died. That day I became a Rogue.

Amanda: Finding Bryon, the one person that knows how badly I suffered at Ureh.

{2}What makes you laugh so hard soda shoots out your

nose?

Therese: Verbal jousting with Mandan

Jacob: Bryon, Zach, Andrew and me talking and goofing around

Zachary: Talking with my friends

Serenity: Listarra dropping something, and bending down to pick it up, completely forgetting that she can use telekinesis to get it. That happened a rather lot, cause a lotta sorceresses are clumsy.

Andrew: Verbal jousting with Therese

Bryon: My friends and Therese

Rogue: Wirt, the young demon-rogue. We could sit there for hours and play charades and never be able to figure out what the other person was imitating. A demon rogue steals weapons and such from demons, by the way.

Amanda: Jamella, the paladin I protected so that she could get to the Fortress safely

{3}What don't you want anyone else to find out about you?

Therese: I'm a runaway princess.

Jacob: I didn't want to go to Earth.

Zachary: I don't have anyone in my family but my mom.

Serenity: My father was a necromancer so technically I'm able to use both necromancer and sorceress powers.

Andrew: I hate eating meat. And tofu as well.

Bryon: I hate knives. I think Amanda knows that. And I have no family.

Rogue: I am in all essence half-demon.

Amanda: My entire family and my mentor were murdered at the fall of Ureh.

Therese: I don't get angry easily.

Jacob: I am not violent unless you make me mad.

Zachary: I am friendly and mischievous.

Serenity: I'm really nice...until you make me angry

Andrew: I like animals

Bryon: I really don't give a crap if you insult me, cause I can insult you right back and make you have to think about what I said.

Rogue: I don't have a good part.

Amanda: I know when to stop talking.

{5}What shoes do you usually wear?

Therese: Leather combat boots

Jacob: Combat boots

Zachary: Zakaruminite greaves

Serenity: Leather boots if I even wear shoes at all

Andrew: Deerskin boots.

Amanda: I wrap rakish (Rah-keesh) around them. Rakish is basically handmade sports tape.

Zachary: Shutting up. Once I get started on a conversation, it's hard to stop me.

Serenity: Containing my curiosity and maintaining balance.

Andrew: Not turning something into an argument

Bryon: Being the guy that everybody knows they can talk to, the guy that ask ''Hey what's wrong?'' and everybody just talks until they've said all they need to say

Rogue: Not being sarcastic

Amanda: Telling people about my problems. I keep things to myself.

Therese: According to Andrew, if beauty was sugar, I'd be the sweetest dish in the world. Then again, that's according to Andrew.

Jacob: Brown hair, Brown eyes, fair complexion

Zachary: Dirty blond hair, blue eyes, bunch of freckles, longish nose.

Serenity: Black hair, bright green eyes, green sorceress clothes.

Andrew: Brown hair, almond shaped and colored eyes, narrow face, and a vaguely Asian facial structure.

Bryon: Shoulder-length blond, almost white hair, pale as a vampire, black eyes

Rogue: Pale, black hair, black eyes that seem to have more than you think behind them, and a mouth that can throw words like you've never seen.

Amanda: Short black hair, brown eyes, and Eskimo features.

{8}What irritates you?

Therese: Snitches, liars, and almost any member of my biological family.

Jacob: Not much will make me angry, but when It does, it takes all the ice and snow in the Tribelands to calm me down.

Zachary: My mother. Other than that, not much of anything.

Serenity: Sarcastic people. Not naming names, but a certain whip-carrying person comes to mind.

Andrew: Jerhyn

Bryon: Pessimists

Rogue: People that don't appreciate what the Rogues set on the line when they plunder. If the King's men ever catch us, we get to meet the hangman.

Amanda: Mages that think “She hasn't got claws. She can't hurt me too badly.” Wrong. I can injure you severely with one blow.

{9}What are you afraid of?

Therese: Being betrothed to a man I hate.

Jacob: Mummies

Zachary: Diablo. And Baal. And Mephisto.

Serenity: An angry Cold sorceress. Believe me, not fun to question something, and then get frozen in a block of ice. Course, it helps if you're talented in all the elements, particularly fire, if you're trying to get out.

Andrew: Losing Therese

Bryon: Knives

Rogue: Dying

Amanda: Necromancers, which is odd, because I'm dating one.

{10}Tell me about your family.

Therese: We rule over the port-city, Lut Gholein, and the surrounding territory in a twenty mile radius. My brother Jerhyn betrothed me to Titus de Seis when I was eleven and Jerhyn just turned ten. I ran away to Earth with Aruba and Mandan when I was twelve, lived with them ever since. Up until I started fighting, that is.

Jacob: My little sister Sahab and my little brother Wulfgar died at the hands of a mummy last summer. My mother was the seer for Harrogath. She's dead also, and I don't like talking about her, because she sent me away because of one of her blathering predictions. I never knew my father, but one night, Mother told me that he lived in Harrogath and that it wasn't worth trying to figure out which Elder it was because he would reveal it to me in time. That was her favorite saying. "Be patient, Jacob. Everything will happen in time." Annoyed the crap out of me when she said it.

Zachary: All the males in my family are paladins and some of my female cousins. My mom didn't want me to be a paladin. She wanted me to be a freaking doctor. Ugh.

Serenity: Mum is a healer and Daddy is a necromancer.

Andrew: We're all druids but some of us are Elemental, shape shifters, pets, and song druids. I'm pretty good at all four.

Bryon: I'm an orphan. Cannibalistic demons killed my family, all except for me, because my mother made me hide in the rafters of our house with my father's Ranger cloak draped over me so I would blend in to the wood.

Rogue: My mother is an idiot that willingly slept with a male demon and thus produced me, Rogue, the half-demon. My father was the very first demon that I slayed at the young age of seven. Mother died of cholera some weeks later. The Rogue Guild took me in and I am the last Master Rogue of Tristram. The rest are dead, by Diablo's hand.

Amanda: Mother was a seamstress, and Dad was a blacksmith. Both were killed in the Fall of Ureh.

{11}What does your bedroom look like?

Therese: A hammock suspended between two palm trees on the Amazon Isles.

Jacob: Wooden walls, a bed, a fireplace, a chest for clothes, and another beneath the bed for valuables.

Zachary: Light blue wall paper at my house and in my trunk, it's a meditating room. It's hidden by an alcove covered in paintings of ivy and to get in, you have to find the outline of a dove made by the ivy leaves. I discovered it by accident. I visualized a bed and a dresser and it became my room.

Serenity: Two rooms, one with stone walls, one with wood walls. Two beds, two windows, two firebins, two dressers, two bookshelves, two doors leading to the privy. Two rooms, exactly the same except for the walls.

Andrew: A clearing in the woods

Bryon: It's just a dungeon cell.

Rogue: A pallet on the floor of the Rogue Guild's building.

Amanda: A clear spot in the jungle, which there aren't many of.

Therese: How in all of Athulua's creation did I get myself in this mess?

Jacob: Keep going.

Zachary: Thank God that Mother didn't want me to be a paladin.

What would I have done if Raviena found me first?

Andrew: Try to see the sun behind the morning rain.

Bryon: Don't stop thinking about tomorrow

Rogue: I don't look in mirrors because I have no reflection and I don't like being reminded of that.

Amanda: Remember Ureh

Therese: Public verbal jousting with Mandan.

Jacob: My sister asking me something odd in front of my friends.

Zachary: My mother. Other than that, not much of anything.

Serenity: Not much.

Andrew: My sister

Bryon: I don't have embarrassing things happening to me

Rogue: My mother and my father.

Amanda: Nothing ever happens that's embarrassing if you live alone.

{14}Do you have a crush on anyone?

Therese: Andrew de Seis, the druid in our party.

Jacob: Serenity Morgana. If you can't figure out who that is, you should go read our adventures, particularly the bit where I got electrocuted and she saved me.

Zachary: Not really, I mean Rogue is my girlfriend, but I didn't have a secret crush on her. I asked her out when we had just got out of a fight in Tristram.

Serenity: Jacob.

Andrew: Therese, who happened to save me from her brother in the sewers of Lut Gholein. For more details, see our adventures.

Rogue: Zach, who a) is a paladin, b) is sworn to kill demons, c) is my boyfriend d) by all rights and means, should be my mortal enemy.

Therese: To kill Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal. And after that, to bring Aruba and Mandan back to the Isles.

Jacob: Go home.

Zachary:I don't really know.

Andrew: To kill Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal and then go home.

Bryon: Kill all the stupid cannibal demons in the jungles
