Author has written 4 stories for Inuyasha, and Lord of the Rings. Hola, señores, señoras, y señoritas. Me llamo Akai-Sakura, y escribo fanficcion. .:switches back to English:. Phew. I need more practice en español. Well, welcome to the incredibly... er, something bio of the Akai-Sakura. I enjoy long walks on the beach, sunset picnics... the usual stuff. I am a single seventeen-year-old female who enjoys fanfiction more than is healthy. My real name is none of your bleedin' business, as is my location. So meh. XP My favorite book is 'Eats, Shoots, and Leaves' by Lynne Truss, and thus I have been dubbed a SyntaxNazi. I am currently hiring myself out as a beta, free of charge (consider it my contribution to the Land of Fanfic), in the fandoms of InuYasha, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter. (Alright, I haven't written any HP fanfic, but that's only because I think the Goddess that is Rowling is doing just fine on her own, thankyouverymuch. But I do enjoy reading well-written HP fanfics.) I write InuYasha and Lord of the Rings fanfiction and have been writing fanfiction since I was roughly twelve years old. That's five years to refine the craft, people. I'm getting a fairly good start. That means, if you're a hormonal little tweenie who hearts Leggie-poo or Drakie-poo (Legolas and Draco, for those of you lucky ones who don't understand fangirl) and you contest my writing, I laugh heartily at you. In fact, it's more of a snicker, with lots of pointing added on. I enjoy British humor because it's subtle and more to my taste. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy myself some Foxworthy and Titus every once in a while. It just means I favor Brits. My friends and I are obsessively hooked on the Georgia Nicolson series (courtesy of our luuuuuuurvely Louise Rennison. We are not fit to lick thy shoes) and have taken to using a lot of British slang in our conversations. It's just something that... happened. Osmosis, maybe? I don't know. So, here's the short and short of it: I write fanfiction, I'm a senior, I'm obsessed with syntax, I abhor fangirls and their wretched little "fics", and my sense of humor is dry and snarky. Questions? Please file them in the second drawer of the filing cabinet to the right (not to the left, don't even open that one) and wait patiently for your number to be called. | |||||
