Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter, and My Little Pony. Hi, I'm Squirrelloid. I'm a scientist, a geek, a gamer, and an avid reader. I tend to read history, mythology, fantasy, and some science fiction (emphasis on the science part - I consider soft sci-fi to be fantasy with technology wallpaper - any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic - and judge it accordingly). I tend to conceive and write sad stories. Major characters will likely die or need to make terrible sacrifices (or both!). Endings are at best ambiguously happy. Stakes should be real for the characters, and there should always be a cost. I'm currently in the middle of two fanfic projects plus some original fiction. | |||||||
