I'd never abandon a fic, as I hate authors who do that. Right now, as of Feb 2009 my top priorities are Joke and Roommate, which should make quite a few people happy. Requests for updates always ask for either of those. The Naruto fics came out of nowhere, but I finished them all at one go, so I don't have to write those anymore and can concentrate on GW again.
