The Jumpers travel the multiverse, visiting myriad dimensions, recording and documenting all that occurs, but sworn never to interfere. The officer who supervises a collection of Jumpers bears the title of Jumper Prime and is charged with keeping track of the many chronicles which they upload back to Keystone, the place at the center of the Interdimensional Vortex.
