Author has written 20 stories for Law and Order, Lost, Passions, and Angel. So, the vitals... I'm Charity (formerly known as Charity McKay, before I decided to again change my penname for personal reasons), nineteen, female, and the occasional writer. My obsession du jour is once again Passions, though I'm still fairly into Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Harry Potter, the Shannon/Boone aspect of Lost, Twilight, and Veronica Mars. I also recently rediscovered Sailor Moon. It's amazing. Also, I'm completely in love with Jack/Liz from 30 Rock. I absolutely despise the character of Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. I think she's a delusional stalker turned rapist masquerading as an innocent young girl burned by a pair of upper-class bitches. There will not be a time that I write her in a positive light. Keep this in mind. Also? I don't think that Jane is hers. I think she's really Gwen's daughter, which could be completely hopeful on my part, but whatever. Ashley Jane. I also believe that Wesley and Fred were not in love. I think that Wesley was obsessed with the seeming perfection of Fred, and I think that Fred was only attracted to Wesley because he saved her from his robot!father, and liked the idea of somebody loving her enough to go to such extreme lengths for her. Any W/F story that I write will more than likely portray this opinion. Also keep this in mind. I hate Meredith Grey. A lot. She is whiny and selfish and an all-around un-compeling character. Give me Addison any day. Also, Shannon and Boone? Are stepsiblings. As in not blood. As in not incest, kthnx. I am fiercely protective of my OTPs. I love writting about them and generallly torturing them to death (often times quite literally). It's therapeutic, really. My OTP of all time is Wesley Wyndam-Pryce and Lilah Morgan of Angel, though right now I'm really into Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald and Fancy Crane of Passions. Rupert Giles and Anya Jenkins of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger of the Harry Potter series, Shannon Rutherford and Boone Carlyle of Lost, and Veronica Mars and Logan Echolls of Veronica Mars make the list of minor-but-still-well-adored OTPs. I also recently rediscovered my first real OTP, Mamoru Chiba and Usagi Tsukino (or Darien and Serena) of Sailor Moon, and have fallen in love with them once more. When I write, I usually write one-shots and drabbles, because, honestly, I'm lucky if I'm able to finish my homework on time, let alone a fic. When I do write multi-chapter fics, I usually make sure that I know exactly how things will end out before I start writing. Therefore, when there's a long period of time in between updates, it's most likely not that I've lost interest or I don't know what to do next, it's that I simply don't have time to sit down and write another chapter. Seriously. Chapters usually float around in my head for weeks before they get written. It's all the fault of that damn, concrete prison called "school". It's horrible.
