I'm Nate, a 29 year-old guy from southeastern Wisconsin who enjoys reading, writing and watching television, and spending insane amounts of time on the computer ;). You'll never see me anywhere near an action movie and I'm proud to say I never played with a GI Joe action figure when I was young. I usually watch shows far from my demographic, including "Gilmore Girls" (my favorite), "Law and Order SVU", "NCIS" and "Grey's Anatomy". I'm also a sucker for anything parody, thus "The Daily Show", "X-Play", "The Soup" and "Best Week Ever". As for my loves, Liza Weil is my favorite actress of all time, her delivery and killer brown eyes just turn me into a puddle of goo, and Paris is one of my best-loved characters on television today. Calista Flockhart still remains a great actress even if she's spending more time with Harrison than on a soundstage. I also like Lauren, Alexis and Shelly Cole from GG, and I'm just finding a new admiration for Pauley Perrette, whose Abby character on NCIS is also the name of my iPod. As you can see from my writings, I prefer writing Paris fic, and I prefer reading Paris/Jess, Rory/Tristan and Luke/Lorelai fics, along with anything unconventional, and I'm also a strong fan of mature M/F or F/F fic. I run the GilmoreGirlsAdultFic group on Yahoo and co-mod GilmoreGirlsSlash. I rarely read anything with Rory/Dean in it, and I'm not a big fan of Logan at all I'm afraid to say; Tristan will never be replaced as the cocky rich guy taken by Rory in my mind, and Logan's character boosted for the sake of Paris is one of the worst moves the show has ever made. Also, I review stories honestly. I will never leave you a one-word CONTINUE review and I will let you know what you need help with. I actually read your work, unlike those flaming 'sockpuppet' accounts that go around trolling new/learning writers, just look at the summary, don't read it and just leave you unhelpful feedback to delete your work, never write again and other nasty things. That is not my review style, and I'd rather see these idiots banned myself (they're also terribly overdramatic; Mad Max-like reviews? Really? Come on, it's a story, not the death of humanity, sockpuppet!). If you do write a story which doesn't work or do not follow the TOS, I will let you know.
