Mello you distracted me!” “Pfft. Like that ever bothered you before,” the blond responded, snatching the DS from Matt’s hands and tossing it across the room. “Now what does she want us to say?” he asked, leisurely wrapping an arm around Matt’s shoulder to prevent him from following his game. Matt pouted. “I only have five levels left…so Great One, tell the readers about April then if you care so much.” Mello scowled. “I don’t care, I’m just bragging because we’re the only people she ever let take over her profile! And Near isn’t here! I hate that kid.” “April is 18 and about to start college,” Matt interrupted. “So with all her summer plans and preparing for her first year at college, she doesn’t always have a lot of time to write. She’s also working…slowly…on her own novel. Plus she has friends, so she does go out and do stuff.” “Stop making it sound like she has a life. She’s writing about us, reading about us, watching TV, or playing videogames. Plus that Amanda girl in her novel is totally based on me. She’s obsessed with being number one, even if it is only for the start.” Matt ignored him. “Her favorite show is Supernatural and her biggest love ever is Harry Potter.” “Harry Potter?” Mello sputtered. “I’m so much better than that four-eyed freak!” “You know she adores the Marauders,” Matt said simply. “Anyway anime is her true calling, and she attends Acen, an anime convention, every year. This year she and her friend are dressing as us Mel.” Mello snorted. “Like she could ever capture our charm,” he said, fingering Matt’s hair lightly. “You can also talk to her on myspace, her homepage, but if you add her make sure you say you’re from this site somewhere or she’ll ignore you. She gets a lot of random guys trying to friend her now.” Mello paused. “I should hunt them down.” Matt pouted. “It’s not because you’re jealous are you?” Mello rolled his eyes. “No genius, it’s because she’s so obsessed with us it’s scary. And those fangirls are there for longer. It’s been one year she’s been with only us right?” he asked. When Matt didn’t respond he sighed and kissed him lightly on the cheek. “Chill out. You’re so needy.” Matt smiled then and snuggled into the blonds arms. "What else? Maybe that she enjoys acting and singing; and she's in chamber choir at school? Or maybe she wants them to know she lives in Wisconsin and plans to major in english/writing." "No one cares about that," Mello told him. "How about that we're her favorites? That her Death Note obsession has defeated her Ouran one, and that as of now she has written more Death Note stories than even Harry Potter! We are number one!" A beat of silence.
