So I'm into a lot of Navy related television shows, dunno why to be honest, they just really interest me. This includes Sea Patrol, JAG, NCIS, Patrol Boat and Warship. I also enjoy reading and sometimes writing Chronicles of Narnia and a bit of Harry Potter.

JAG: Judge Advocate General
I suppose I'm a bit of a late bloomer when it comes to JAG because I really didn't get into it until last year, six years after it left television screens - but in my defense, I've been watching NCIS since it's third season and I was too young understand JAG during its original run.

I've become hooked on JAG, but unlike a lot of people who watch the show, I honestly have doubts about how well a Harm/Mac relationship would work, and in many ways I wonder whether Harm only held on so long because Mac looked so much like his first love, Diane Schonke. Watching the show, I found so much more possibility in the relationship between Harm and Skates, or when they unfortunately dropped Skates, Harm and Jen. The scene between Harm and Skates in Adrift (Part 2) was something more powerful and intimate than any between Harm and Mac through nine whole series, and I suppose that is where it came from for me, plus, of course, the significance that Harm had saved Skates life and defended her when she was accused of a crime.
