Hello, my name is Wasabi97, but I suppose you could call me Ri if you want. I have absolutely no idea what to write on this thing, so here's a bit about me:

I have been writing since...since I can remember, actually, haha. I wrote my first fanfiction in 8th grade, but I'd been reading *COUGH*swallowing*COUGH* fanfics and doujins for a while before then.

I like Legos, Nutella, Black Licorice (FINNISH, not the crappy weak-flavored kind), sewing, manga, anime (not as good as manga), literature and novels and real books with words and no pictures, old books (the kinds with tattered pages and ancient stories and smell lovely), the band Muse, Hetalia, Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji (I don't care what you call it), Linkin Park, Pandora Hearts, and a bunch of other stuff that I'm not naming because that would mean that I'd have to think about everything, and I don't have the time to scour my brain for everything.

I collect Pocky boxes and have recently become unreasonably addicted to black licorice.

Oh yeah, and I also collect Ramune bottle wrappers and any other interesting wrappers/stickers/tags that I find.

I've been living in Arizona for the past few years but now I live in Washington State and I love the rain, cold, and snow (originally from New York).

On rainy days, I either A.) stand on a tall bench in my mid-thigh length black coat and black boots on one leg like a flamingo whilst holding my samurai sword umbrella (hence my nickname, the Dark Flamingo), or B.) take off my jackets, roll up my sleeves (unless I'm wearing a t-shirt), let my hair down and dance in the rain laughing.

I laugh and smile all the time, so most people think I'm innocent, but then they see my writing or my artwork and are like "wtf is this the same person?!?!" Yes. Yes it is.

I draw manga, but I don't limit myself. I draw a lot, I sometimes paint, I'm self-taught, and I LOVE to explore mediums. I also love clay, and have recently gotten into stop-motion animation.

I love bugs and other small, icky creatures. I hate it when girls scream and claim that bugs are going to kill them. No, if you don't SHUT IT, I will kill you. Not the bug. *coughs* Okay, well that's out now.

I have moved a grand total of 6 times and gone to 7 different schools in my short life. Four years is longest amount of time I've spent in one place.

I love science and have a crap ton of engineering and genetic science ideas, but I suck at science (at least in this school I do).

I write and draw during Geometry because I have nothing better to do. I'm running a hundred in that class by the way...don't know how I do it.

I've been cosplaying since the 6th grade and 2013 will be my first year attending Sakura-con.

I think I've written enough about myself, so I'll just leave this as is now. Maybe I should be using this time to do my homework... evil voice: what homework? all I see is fanfic!!! Me: NUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!

I think the weirdest thoughts and people who don't know me probably think I'm a lunatic.

I love cynicism and sarcasm. I was the only person who laughed at all of Jules Verne's dry humor jokes when we read one of his books in class.

I can get really emotional at things...people look at me funny when I cry over books/mangas/movies/fanfics, etc.

I try to be as much of an open book as possible, so I have no problems telling things as I see them. I don't have problems laughing as hard as I can over things or crying in front of people, but only if it's because of any of the aforementioned causes. Real emotional cries I tend to hide as long as possible before I burst.

I have a wonderful, colorful imagination with a mind of its own. (lolwut?)
