About me: A Christian teen with a story to share.

I was with nothing to do, video games (boring), t.v. (annoying), hanging out with friends (had no friends at all, and still don't). And that's when I found this it was a blessing in disguise. A world where you take games, comics, cartoons, etc. and make your own story.

Star fox: Portals started from dreams that I had ((Triggered by an old memory of my older brother playing SF:A)) and created into this story.
I had made this just for my entertainment, since my family didn't want to hear my story, but finding this website was ((A Miracle)) now I can write for others enjoyment, and become the author I've always dreamed of. I can't thank you , Xing Li, enough for creating this. ;.)

Even though I may never be able to have this book series put into the real Star Fox series ((It's a Big Dream of mine)) it's still great to write for the enjoyment of others. Write on.

MY PERSONEL COOKBOOK

Please enjoy some of the below baking or cooking recipes I have (All of them are my personal recipes...while some may be others in my family...Footnotes giving credit will be given)

The Gatewood Cookies -Dakota Gatewood-

To begin making the cookies we need these following ingredients: Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Non-Bleached All Purpose Flour, two large eggs, two 4oz. sticks of softened butter, Vanilla Extract ( NON-IMITATION! ),Salt, Baking Soda, one package of Nutty Buddy Bar, M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, Nestlé’s chocolate chips or chunks, and a Hershey chocolate bar.

Once you’ve gathered these ingredients you’ll need the following equipment: hand or electric blender (A large spoon can be substituted for this.), Measuring Cup (Dry Measuring), 1 Cup, Measuring Cup (Dry Measuring), Measuring Cup (Dry Measuring), a Teaspoon, an oven, oven mitts, Parchment or Wax Paper, a cookie sheet, a large mixing bowl, and a smaller bowl.

Let’s congratulate ourselves, that was a lot of work now wasn’t it? Sorry, we’ve only just begun. To begin, set your oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit. (190 Degrees Celsius if using a metric stove) While we wait for the stove to warm up, you will combine the following into a small bowl: 2 cups of Flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of baking soda. Next in the larger mixing bowl you’ll combine and blend, the two sticks of softened butter, cup of brown sugar that has been compacted into the measuring cup, cup of granulated sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Once you’ve blended it into a creamy paste like texture, add the two large eggs one at a time, and blend until they’re combined. Lastly blend your flour mixture, a little at a time so you don’t make a huge mess, trust me it’s horrible to clean up. After you have completed that, now you can have some fun, dump 1 cup of M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces, Nestlé’s chocolate chips or chunks, and the candy bars into the bowl, then wash your hands thoroughly. To make sure you wash your hands thoroughly sing this song to the tune of “Row, Row, Row your Boat”

Germs go down the drain.

Now (This isn’t a typing error) get down and dirty by shoving your hands into the batter and mix the toppings into it. By this time the stove should be ready, so lightly wash your hand again (Remember, clean under those fingernails.) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then with your hands or a spoon place rows of golf ball sized cookie dough balls on the sheet and put it in the oven. Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes. BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING THE COOKIES IN AND TAKING THEM OUT, THE OVEN CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS!! If you don’t believe me, once I pulled a cookie sheet out of the oven while making these and the edge touched the crook of my arm, I got a second degree burn that hurt like crazy for over two days and had a long blister on my arm. Therefore, to recap, BE EXTREMLY CAREFUL THE OVEN CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS!!!!! While you wait for the cookies to bake, YOU clean up your mess. (Well someone’s got do it, what’d you think, I was going to do it!?!)

Once the timer goes off, carefully take the cookies out of the oven. Let them sit for 10 minutes to cool. (YOU CAN WAIT!) Finally take one off the sheet and enjoy it with a nice tall glass of cold milk. Congratulations on making the Gatewood Cookies.
