Author has written 13 stories for Inuyasha, and Teen Titans. I am female, twenty five today! I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and I love to draw. I like feedback. Pairings I generally read and support: Kagome/Inuyasha : Miroku/Sango : Starfire/Robin : Raven/Beast Boy : Cyborg/Bumblebee : Spike/Julia. Not a fan of Spike/Faye or of Robin/Raven, or of any general or outlandish slash pairings. November 29th I've been... getting a lot of comments, when I post a chapter and in between, that mention how long it always is between my updates. I'm definitely not pointing the blame on any one person, it's a general thing. But it still frustrates me, because yes, I do realize how long it has been, and there are some pretty heavy reasons for that. I am a full time employed adult. I do not have the free time I once did. I have just recently gotten married, and you know what? It's not always a Disney Fairytale. It's been rough. Really Rough. Marriages just do not work themselves out while one partner is sitting at the computer all day typing away on a story. My husband has criticized me before for the amount of time I spend on the computer, it's one of the many things we fight about, and to keep the peace I've had to manage my time better and spend more with him (which isn't a bad thing, it just means I have less time to work on a story). I completely understand it's hard to wait for a story you really like, I have plenty sitting in my favorites list that haven't updated in years, and I'm still wondering how it was going to end. I'm really gonna try not to leave this one, I'm actually pretty dedicated to finishing this one. It's just gonna take me a lot longer than I originally had anticipated. Just, next time, remember when you're going to write "Jeez what's taking you so friggin long?!" in your review, my reply is going to be: "Working on my marriage. So we don't become one of the 50 percent of couples that get divorced." | |||||||
