I read, I write. I bake, I garden. I draw and play. I have a phobia of cockroaches; they completely freak me out. Glugh.

I'm a Grammar Nazi. I intensely dislike people who consistently misspell words or have terrible grammar. Of course, I make exceptions for great stories, but in my book betas are the best thing ever invented.

I type all my stories up in Wordpad (only because Notepad doesn't allow word-specific formatting) and I use document manager to polish all my stories.

Ikenie (Yu Yu Hakusho): An older story written with the idea of literally not being able to live without someone. I'm not a big fan of it, because what I was thinking while writing it doesn't come across very well and for some reason people seem to think I don't know my character is a Mary Sue. She is. I wrote her that way so I could kill her off and not feel terrible about it. Now cease and desist with the PMs.

Content (Spirited Away): A glimpse of Chihiro's life after the bath house and Haku. True to Mr Miyazaki's comments that Chihiro forgot about her time in the Spirit World, and the only reminder of her trip is she became a better person; a happy person. A normal person.

Vespertine (Twilight): Gwen is a young vampire with no discernible power involved in a 200 year old feud between her maker and his coven-brother. Abel is a Canadian nomad whose magnetic tracking ability keeps him in the thoughts of some rather powerful people. When he sets his ability to find him someone who can help him out of his situation, it brings him Gwen, the most impulsive and childish thing on two legs. The wheels start rolling on a long and odd journey full of bickering, baiting and maybe even a kiss or ten. Born of a personal challenge to play in the Twilight universe without using any canon characters.

The Ai Sisterhood (Guild Wars): The Ai Sisterhood is a group of women who originally met during the events of Prophecies. After the defeat of the Lich, the 3 women - Khora (an Elementalist), Chihiro (a Monk) and Lintral (a Ranger) - settled in Lion's Arch and began a school of sorts, training girls in their powers. There are several stories associated with the Sisterhood, and those that belong to it.

Current Ai Stories:

Drifter: Set 30 years after Factions/Prophecies. Born to a clan of Assassins and trained from age 5 to deal death where her superiors saw fit, Drifter is competitive and arrogant. When ordered infiltrate the Imperial Palace with 14 others from her clan, and kill the Emperor, she does so willingly. Just as she is about to deal the killing blow, she is betrayed by her clan members and revealed. Mysteriously saved by one of her betrayers, she wakes on a ship headed for Lion's Arch. Once there, she is taken in by the local do-gooders and meets a roguish man who infuriates her. In-Progress

Future Ai Stories

Khora: Set just after Prophecies. Khora, the daughter of a minor noble, got herself tangled in the events of the Flameseeker Prophecies inadvertently. Her path had been hard, but it transformed her from a spoiled girl-child into something resembling a responsible adult. Join her life - running a training school for girls wanting to follow in her footsteps, pregnant with a Necromancer's child, and surrounded by some of the most annoying and dear people in her life; the Ai's.

Chihiro: Set just before Factions/Prophecies. Chihiro is a Monk who once worked for a weathy Canthan family as a nanny and healer. Now retired, she lives in a remote village raising her own children. In a long night of fire and terror, everything she holds dear is taken from her. Grief stricken, she returns to her former employers only to find the manor burned and the family dead. Local rumors whisper of strange creatures who helped local bandits.

Greer: Set 30 years after Factions/Prophecies. Greer is the only child of Khora Ai and Mortimer Mortag, a wandering Necromancer who has no real home and is content to keep it that way. He returns to Lion's Arch from one of his trips to resupply before setting off for Eye of the North only to find the Sisterhood in chaos because of a slender Assassin with haunted grey eyes.
