~Ships I don't sail on (aka my rants)~

Ron/Hermione (Harry Potter)- Why does everybody seem to think that they're a good couple? They fight all the time. I can't even read R/H fics. Ron is just too immature. H/Hr forever!

Hermione/Draco (Harry Potter)- While being slightly less annoying than R/H, it's just wrong. The good girl/bad boy thing is just kinda old. Plus JK already said that it would never happen. Sorry!

Harry/Cho (Harry Potter)- Remember the fifth book? Been there, done that. No.

Inuyasha/Kikyo (Inuyasha)- Do I even have to explain myself here? Kikyo is really a bad person, for lack of better words. She wants to drag Inuyasha to hell, ok? Enough said.

Sess/Kag (Inuyasha)- There is absolutely no reason for these two to get together. It simply isn't logical. Therefore, I do not read/write/support this ship whatsoever. I can't even comprehend why there are SO many fics out there that support this pairing.

Travis/Lily (RFR) - Okay, Ray is just way, way, WAY cooler!

slash/yaoi/yuri- I hold no grudge against those people who read and/or write this. However, I am not one of those people. More power to you!

MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE: If you are a fellow HP fan, you will notice that many authors on ff.net tend to include long, arduous descriptions of Hermione Granger. Now, that in itself isn't a bad thing, but why is it that they always go about it in the exact same way. My point? Well, does this sound familliar? 'Hermione got her hair permanantly straightened, wore just the right amount of make-up, and had developed in all the right places.' I swear to God, if anybody else says that even one more time, I will no longer be held responsible for my actions. Argh!
