Author has written 48 stories for Gargoyles, Bionic six, Mummies Alive!, X-Men, Danger Mouse, Doctor Who, Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century, X-overs, Dragon Ball Z, Lazytown, Dragon Ball GT, Bleach, and Naruto. Currently writing DBZ fiction. I've recently created a new C2 for Dragon Ball Z entitled Bardock and Sons and other underused characters. I'm recruiting staff and trying to add stories. I figure there needs to be one central location for all of us who love stories with these characters. My main likes are Anime, SF, Comics, seventies/eighties rockn' roll, classic novels... (like Jane Austin), and classical music. Types of FanFic I tend to enjoy the most: Romance, Character Development, Science Fiction, and Angst/Drama, including OC and cannon as well as non cannon pairings, and unusual humor situations. This includes shonen ai and shoujo ai, and WELL WRITTEN slash. I've got a long list of incompleted fics I hope to update soon. I appreciate everyone's patience. Views on critiques: I'll be the first to admit I'm not always leaving detailed concrit. That's mainly because I don't see myself as being the sort who's good at picking a story apart. There are plenty of people who read fics that are good with that sort of thing. If you feel the need to concrit/nitpick on my fics, go right ahead and knock yourself out. Just be civilized. Any flamers will be given the attention they deserve or don't deserve. I may be a long time writer but I can take what anyone dishes out. If it's in the spirit of improving my writing, then I'm all for it. For the ones who are sick of Mary Sue, and who actively seek to stamp out all Mary Sue-age: Thank you for your candid assistance in 'de-suifying' some of my fics. I've kept up the older fics that have mary sues in them for comparison... and you might (if you still care) like to see my attempts at using only cannon characters. Just in case you're interested, for the story Royal Namekian Blues, I've run Stellari through a Mary Sue Litmus test, and she scored under a 20. If you'd care to dispute that, please feel free to contact me. Though I disagree with the opinion of SOME to label all OC's as Mary Sues, I do see many of you have a valid point. I also disagree with snarky commentary to inform someone their character IS a mary sue. Maybe I tend to be 'overly polite' but I think that there is room for being civilized and grown up. My only peeve is let's come up with ANOTHER term for a Mary Sue? | |||||||
