Hey all, this is Anisky! I've been a member of FF.N for, wow, twelve years now. I can't believe it's been so long! I'm 23 years old, about average height, with blue/green eyes and what I believe Madeleine L'Engle meant when she coined the phrase "hair-colored hair." I'm currently a United States Peace Corps Volunteer living in Tanzania, East Africa. Besides writing, I love to travel, dance, help people, and learn new things-- usually at the same time! Right now I'm teaching math here in a rural African town, which I've greatly enjoyed, too; I love trying to come up with new ways to teach my students to think critically. Since everything a Peace Corps Volunteer writes is, legally, public domain, I'm laying my original stuff aside. Yes, that means more fanfic!. And now that I have a modem on my computer, I can even upload stuff from my house (though it's expensive, especially considering that I make about 5 U.S.D. per day). Besides my interests written above, I'm also pretty passionate about human rights, philosophy, math, and formal logic. (Yes, I really can be passionate about formal logic. BELIEVE me.) I also love concrit. I hate to think that all of the good reviews I get are because everyone here is afraid that someone will throw a hissy fit if they get any negative feedback, even if it's polite and constructive. Thus, here I solemnly swear that I won't get angry if you point to aspects you think need improvement; on the contrary, I'll probably be delighted.
