After a spur of the moment discussion, I came out of writing retirement…like Brett Favre

I'm basically an old washed up long distance runner who has a couple or Marathons and Ultra marathons under their belts. But that is all in the past now, I cannot force myself to live as such; although I sometimes do wonder is I fool myself into thinking that I still am. Kung Fu is what my whole life is about now. I currently go to Loyola University in Chicago and am getting my B.S in Biological Anthropology and my minors in Environmental Leadership, Asian Studies and Natural Science.

I'm planning on getting my Masters at either Northwestern or the University of Chicago and Phd. at the University of Hawaii-Manoa and live in Hawaii. Besides being a scientist, my dearest dream is to carry on with Kung Fu and start my own temple teaching Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis (under the tutelage guidance of my 5 Sifus). My Kung Fu family is literally blood deep with me: I would do anything for them and I wish to continue this legacy that I have been lucky to have bestowed on me.

I plan to master Seven Star Praying Mantis and open up a school in Hawaii.

I am also getting back into running : Oh joy :P

Current Styles: Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis, Hung Gar, Choy lee Fut, Northern Long Fist (hopefully the learning will never stop :) )

As you can tell, I’m pretty much busy with my schedule and training. But I will always manage to churn out ideas. As, for the main principal of the samurais, you must be literate in all forms of art... mind and body.
