HEY, PEOPLES! This is Amaya, sending a happy holiday greeting to one and all! How's it goin'? Yeah, I took one look at my old profile, winced, and decided to update. I guess it was about time I should have anyway.

IMPORTANT: For those of you STILL reading my GA fanfic (Gathering Again), I apologize for not updating sooner, but now that I'm in college, well, things are a lot tougher. On top of that, my computer is in a half vegetative state so I can't access any sites online and the only thing I can do is email. Ain't that sad? I still have internet access (thank heaven) but at my college campus. I've also gotten swallowed up in an original idea that hit me over the summer, so that has been distracting me and that does not help anything.

'Thank you's also go out to you wonderful people who sent reviews for AL (Awakening Love) and UtFP (Under the Face Paint). It means a lot and getting the reviews for them still make me smile, even if I did co-write UtFP with someone else. I don't know if she still writes on ff.net because I haven't been communicating with her effectively since then.

Anyway, I will make an effort to update, I promise. I am definitely not going to let GA die, even if so much time has spanned since I've written it. I intend on finishing it...someday. Please don't hurt me!

Ah, now time for some generic crap. Besides writing for my own enjoyment, I like drawing, mostly cartoon style or some mix between reality and fantasy (i.e. Disney). Drawing anime is fun, too. I also enjoy videogames whenever the teachers at school chill out on assignments. YAY DDR! Too bad my finesse at the game has long since died. Reading a lot is something I find contentment in, especially fantasy.

Fushigi Yugi/Fushigi Yugi: Genbu Kaiden, AVATAR: The Last Airbender, Ayashi no Ceres, Bleach, MARS, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Inuyasha, Tsubasa, Alice 19th, Rurouni Kenshin, Samuri X, Yu Yu Hakusho, Slayers, Magic Knight Rayearth, Tenshi Muyo (a little...), Gundam (it's something i watch with onii-chan ), any of Hayao Miyazaki's works (Spirited away, Mononoke Hime, etc.), Card Captor Sakura, Fruits Basket, Descendants of Darkness, Ouran High School Host Club, Ranma 1/2, Sailor Moon (not as much; the abridged version on youtube is amazingly funny and accurate and I tend to enjoy it better), Dragon Knights, Yu-Gi-Oh (yes, the abridged is way more interesting and can also be found on youtube), Pokemon (..blargh...), Hamtaro, & Weiss Kreuz is something I've only just started watching.

Fav. movies:

Narnia, Princess Blade, X-men, How to lose a guy in 10 Days, Fools Gold, Princess Bride (lmao just thinking about it), Pirates of the Carribean, LOTR (ALL OF THEM!), Twilight (screw all you anti-Twilight people! I'm allowed to like the books and the movie!), & Chocolat.

Fav. kinds of music:

Basically anything that has a good beat or if the message of the song appeals to me. It varies, really. For example, I like groups like Nickelback and Rascal Flatts, yet I enjoy listening to J-pop or other Asian groups, such as Super Junior (SiWon...Hangeng...mmm...). Ahem. Yes, well, erm...Celine Dion has an awesome voice too, as well as Enya. I enjoy Disney music and I have quite a lot of it. Phil Collins is particularly awesome. Classical music is another one of my favorites, and there are quite a few musical soundtracks from broadway and such that I enjoy.
