Strings of the Heart:

Here's where I go on a bit of a rant. I like this story, adore these characters, but you see, inspiration is like love. That's right, it's like love. It's strikes you suddenly sometimes and other times it comes in stages until you're head-over-heels for a story or a fandom and you just can't get enough of it. But, like love, it also wanes. In a relationship people grow apart sometimes. They change, and evolve. You can go from loving someone to simply being annoyed by looking at them. They make changes you don't like, or appreciate, and suddenly, you don't love them as much as you used to. Now, therapy and counseling works sometimes. And sometimes you can plow your way through the issues. But once and awhile things just don't work out between you and your significant other (or in this case, your fandom.) You see, Naruto and I have broken up. The relationship started fading when I found out that Tobi was Uchiha Madara and since then it's just gone downhill. Now, I'm not giving up on Strings just yet, not at all. But my inspiration has all but died and it's taking some time and numerous attempts to kickstart it again. Like love, inspiration is a fickle thing.

Gaiden helped me put out another chapter, and brought back a little spark of inspiration, but updates will still be slow. Hang in there, dear readers. Thanks for the support.

The Road to Sunrise:

I have 76 chapters planned for this story so far. I've currently written 34. Planning it out, if I update once a month, I'll be done in about three years. Heh. But don't worry, this story is going strong and I don't see my inspiration dying anytime soon. My wonderful readers keep me going. In many ways, Sunrise is my current masterpiece and love interest. Updates are a little slower these days because of this thing I have called Life, that's suddenly become busy and time-consuming, but I am still writing.

Per Aspera ad Astra:

This story is ... interesting. It is my first multi-chapter step outside of Naruto and Final Fantasy in a long time. I kind of jumped in head first without really pausing to think things through. Not smart. So, now I've pulled myself up, gone back and fixed all the plot holes an elephant could've walked through, and am ready to start writing again. Chapter 2 is up. Chapter three is in the works.

This one is fairly epic. Probably close to Sunrise epic. And that's EPIC. So, it may be awhile before it ever gets up on here. But, I'm fairly excited about it so hopefully it will be posted here ... someday. There's a trailer for it on YouTube. I've posted a link below.

Fandom: Kingdom Hearts

Genre: Angst/Hurt/Comfort

Pairing: Roxas/Kairi

Summary: Sometimes, whether you're ready or not, life comes along and demands that you grow up, and move on.

Finally, something that's not drama/adventure! I'm branching out. :D This story is very different from anything I've written so far. Therefore, I'm nervous about it. First of all, I blindsided myself with the pairing. I wasn't even close to being a Roxas/Kairi fan before this idea came marching into my head. I love Sora/Kairi to death. But, my muse is a funny thing, and it demanded that THIS pairing be the one in the story. So I listened to my muse. The wise thing to do. I have one chapter finished and another partway written. This one probably won't be posted for some time. I want to get further into the story before I start putting it up, but keep an eye out. I've already done a trailer for it. Flowers for a Ghost:

Fandom: Heroes

Genre: Hurt/Comfort/Angst

Rating: T

Summary: One cold winter evening, geneticist Monhinder Suresh finds an injured man in an alley and the only clue to his identity is a broken watch and two bullet holes.

This is more about of an introspective, somewhat psychological piece about identity and human nature. It's quite a deeper than anything I've written one-shot wise, so I am a little intimidated by it. I only have the first page or so written, but I'm plugging diligently (if not really consistently) away at it. Inspiration came from Thriving Ivory's song Flowers for a Ghost. It really is a beautiful song. I reccomend it.

Undercover Woes:

Fandom: Fullmetal Alchemist

Genre: Humor/General

Rating: K+

Pairing: Slight Roy/Riza

Summary: "In preparation for your undercover mission, there will be a reversal of command positions for the next month. You are dismissed, Colonel Hawkeye, Lieutenant Mustang."

The title is still in the works. Hopefully I'll come up with something a little less dorky. I must say, this has been a long time coming. I've been a fan of FMA for years and am just now getting around to writing for the fandom. Pathetic, right? This is meant to be a one-shot, but I might expand it someday. If so, it would probably venture into more dramatic territory (as all my multi-chapter works tend to) but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. For now, it is being treated as one-shot.

Through the Blur of Days:

Fandom: Final Fantasy VII

Genre: Drama/General/Romance

Pairing: Rufus/Elena

Summary: At first he was an enigma, then he was a boss, then he was a friend, then, somehow, he became her reason for living.

Another working title. This will be a series of one-shots centered around Rufus/Elena, since I absolutely adore that pairing and there isn't enough love for it on this site. The main purpose of this is to explore Rufus and Elena's backstory for Sunrise, but it will be able to stand on its own, too. I haven't written anything for this yet, but I'm excited about it. Spread the Rulena love! XD

Like Fragile Glass

Fandom: Star Wars

Genre: Drama/Adventure/Romance

Pairing: Anakin/Padme

Summary: AU Episode II. He's a mess, broken and lost after too long in the dark. Now he just has to prove to the Council that he is worthy of the title of Jedi Knight once more. If only the woman he has to protect wasn't so stubborn.

I actually wrote this story ages ago, back when I first delved into the world of fanfiction. Now, nearly seven years later, it makes my eyes bleed. I'm slowly going back and rewriting it and I won't post it until it's done, but expect it up here eventually.

Shattered Glass

Fandom: Star Wars

Genre: Angst/Drama/Adventure

Pairing: Anakin/Padme

Summary: AU Episode III. Sequel to Like Fragile Glass. The end is growing closer and the Force is dark. Jedi Knight Anakin Sywalker finds himself caught in the middle of a rapidly unraveling world.

I started writing this right after seeing Episode III in the theater (as I imagine many people did) but moved on to other things. I've been going back and rewriting this one, as well, and it will be posted after Like Fragile Glass.
