Working on all of what remains of Ricochet. I think the post order will be Main ending>Tengoku>Jigoku>Jigoku epilogue. Obviously that means the canon ending will be posted first, but I will try to post Tengoku and Jigoku at the same time. Epilogue will probs be 2 weeks after I post those.

4/20/12 -- Can we talk ships for just a sec?

Okay, I don't usually do this, but I HAVE to vent. I'm just having so many ATLA feels right now. I mean, specifically, I'm seeing cross-fandom parallels that are eating up my heart. So you know I don't do normal ships and I'm so pro-Zutara that my ship is a submarine. Well it hit me today why I don't like Sokka. He is the Xander of ATLA. I just...don't appreciate him nearly as much as I do the other characters, really. And then Katara is totally Buffy and Zuko is most definitely Spike and them together is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I even see a little Drusilla in Azula. But I think the only things I like Sokka for are how much he loves his sister and the YueSokkaSuki thing. I like SokkaYue like I liked CordeliaXander, and while Suki's okay...eh. She's no Anya. SokkaSuki leaves me indifferent, I feel nothing for it. And omg, can we talk about Jetara for a second here? I love it SO much. If anything (and I can't believe I'm saying this) Jetara is a direct parallel to BuffyAngel. And I LOATHE Bangel, for the record, but it's a near perfect comparison for reasons too long to put here. And just my personal opinion, I really think TophAang could have been as great as FaithWesley would have been if given the chance. Just saying.

Would it be vain of me to say that the changes in the Neji/Ino relationship in Ricochet are beautiful? I just wrote a scene in ch 19 where it's so apparent (to me, anyway) how far they've come and it just gives me this Proud Mama feeling, lol.

2/28/11 -- Important Announcement!

I have just made the biggest fuckup in my fanfic writing life. I overrode a chapter without saving. I'm incredibly stupid and very very sorry to all of my readers. Chapter 5 of Ricochet has somehow been replaced by ch6 and I don't have ch5 on my harddrive anymore to re-upload it. I don't remember half of what I wrote either, so I'm extremely sorry to all my readers -- those who've been reading from the beginning and those who are just starting and may never know what happened in a whole chapter. (I mean, there's no way I could do that Hinata/sakura fight again so perfectly. It's all gone! -bawls-) I will keep writing the story, but it may never be fixed. Again, I profusely apologize!

It occurred to me quite randomly that perhaps it's about time I added an About Me section to my profile, lol. So here it is. I'm college-aged, if you were wondering. Practically a hikikomori, by choice, not by fear or anything. I got into the Naruto and Bleach fandoms because of an exboyfriend back in 2005, so you guys have that Teme to thank for all my Naruto and Bleach related writings. I think it's obvious who my favorite characters are, and even more obvious that I prefer crack to cannon. Surprisingly, if you asked me, I'd probably tell you my favorite manga is either Shoujo Kakumei Utena or Rurouni Kenshin. I have quite the personal library -- both manga and fiction novels - and though it's not as extensive as a more hardcore anime fan's would be, it boasts quite a variety. I speak/read/write intermediate Japanese. I have been to Japan. I've only been to one anime convention, but I'd like to go again someday and actually cosplay. I love all my readers :) And while some stories may take longer than others to update, I solemnly promise to always finish my fics (or delete and re-start) I have far too many stories on my own alert list that haven't been updated since 2007 and likely will never be finished, so knowing that kind of starving hope, I'll never do that to you guys!
