Ah, hello there!! For a few years, I honestly ignored my writing because I had no inspiration for it. However, I changed majors from a double major in marine biology & aquaculture shudder to sports broadcasting & journalism. Needless to say, instead of writing lab reports I am now writing...well about sports. I've joined the school newspaper as their sports editor and writer for the sports beat (national and college level) and I'm loving it! I've been writing for my entire life and I've managed to get published a few times, which is exciting. I have high dreams, meaning ESPN or NESN (since I live so close to there!). I'm from Boston, but go to school in Maine which, needless to say, is quite a difference. But I love Maine AND Boston. Especially Boston, since I'm such a huge sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins. I've played a lot of sports, from soccer to basketball to hockey, finally settling in playing hockey. Though I don't play at the collegiate level, I still play in some leagues around Boston and such as their goalie. What? A female goalie? I know, I love the reaction I get since the rest of the players are males (except for a forward, but she's since dropped the team since she wants kids. Hockey + pregnancy = disaster).

I have a wonderful boyfriend, Sergei, of whom I met at my last university. We met while (surprise) playing hockey. And yes, he's Russian..from Tver Russia. I love him to death (especially his accent) and I don't know what I'd do without him honestly.

So needless to say I'm finally back (woot!) and I'll be updating my stories, as well as posting some new ones. A couple new ones will include a Boondock Saints, The Mummy, The Scorpion King, The Departed, another Newsies story, a Tekken story (involving Jin) and a few other ones I have to decide on. I'll be updating one at a time in order to help not be bogged down with my schedule and all. Though, luckily, it's beginning to be summertime and summer break but I'm looking to get another job so I might not update wicked fast, but I'll update as much as I can. It might mean a lot of updates at once, or it might just mean one at a time. But with my writing streak now, I'm excited for my stories.

Updates (as of 4/25/09):

An Unforgiven Past: I'm working on it. I lost inspiration for it awhile ago, but I just picked it up again. It's struggling a bit, it's at that point where there's a huge plot change and it needs to go smoothly so I'm working to perfect it.

She's a fighter, not a lover: I'm wicked excited for this one. I'm very happy with the second chapter, I'm just adding some more to it, so hopefully it'll be up very very soon!

Van Helsing: Resurrection: It's going, that's all I can really say. It's starting to come together and the plot is starting to 'reveal' itself and all. The chapters will be longer, in more detail and it will help propel the plot a little more.

Twins:This one I'm honestly excited for. I have the plot all laid out and though the first chapter is a little rushed, it's honestly because I wanted to get more involved with the plot itself and since there's no real introduction needed for the vampires, it works.

Love & War: I'm also excited for this one as well. I'm working on the next chapter (it'll be long) and working out some kinks in the plot. I made some mistakes about the relationships between characters so I'm going to go back into it and fix it up.

Lost & Gained: Also working on this one, the plot will be 'coming out' in the next chapter (which will be longer). I'm also going through the first chapters and editting them. I'm honestly...embarassed by my writing then. Jeez what college will do to you!!

I'm going through chapters within the stories to fix them as well, mostly to just add some substance to the stories and fix them up a bit. I'll let you know which ones get editted & all when the updates for each story come around.
