So, like. I'm going to try and make this thing known as a profile. Since I have nothing better to do and the inspiration's somewhat lacking. I feel really, really bad for my beta right now, since he's been waiting forever and a day for me to update. (I'm really, really sorry! Don't hurt me!)

Hmm. What is there to say about me? Not much, really. I'm just your typical female who's pretty much decided to dabble in the world of fanfiction. Although, I can't really call myself an author or anything, since I, like, never update. Life gets in the way, or I just don't have the inspiration, or I can't formulate the writing to my satisfaction. Usually it's the latter. It's a damn shame, really, because I do love writing.

My fanfiction is fairly mediocre, I think. Maybe not even that. Most of it's rather boring shit I wrote 10 x 99999 years ago and haven't updated since then, so I don't particularly recommend any of it unless you're looking for a pep-up. You know, just so you can say, "Well, at least I don't write this badly!" Heh. (My most two recent ones -- Melete and The Corner Café -- I'm fairly happy with, though, so take a look at those if you're looking for an okay read.)

What else... Oh, my penname. I used to be known as narugurlee13, but then I decided that that sounded a little too twelve-year-old-ish for my liking, so I changed it to what it is now. (Some may argue that it's not much better, but hey. I'm satisfied.) The Japanese word tantei is in there as homage to Tantei Gakuen Q, which is, like, one of the best detective J-dramas ever. Lol.

Oh, and my avatar? That would be Minato Arisato, from Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3. Otherwise known as the Main Character. I wanted to use the avatar I have of him using an Evoker, but I figured that probably wouldn't be the best thing, since it, you know, kind of looks like he's getting ready to shoot himself in the head. Plus, I really don't feel like dealing with reactions such as, "Why the hell do you have an avatar of someone committing suicide? Are you condoning that kind of thing? It's not funny, you know!" So it's this one instead.

If, for some funny reason, you want to contact me, a personal message or e-mail would be your best bet. I'm fairly good with answering either of them, as long as there's proper punctuation and spelling within the message. (Why yes, I am anal about those kinds of things, thank you very much.) Instant messaging is another option, but I'm afraid I'm not much of a talker. Holding up one-sided conversations on G-Talk gets tiring after a while.

> june fourth, 2009: I'm still here, though I need to be frank and admit that I seem to have lost a lot of interest in writing. Not because I've grown out of it or anything (goodness, no), but rather because I am tired of simply sitting in front of a computer screen whenever the mood hits me and I can't formulate a damn thing. So, to hell with it all. And by that, I mean there's an indefinte hiatus going on until something hits me. Preferably soon, damn it. I'm sick of this year-after-year-and-nothing shit.
