Hi!

I am 23, married and hopelessly obsessed with Lord of the Rings. My mums read me the books for the first time when I was 11, and I have spent many happy hours since lost in Middle Earth. I think Professor Tolkein was an absolute genious, the movies were freakin' awesome, and many of the fanfic writers on this site are extremely talented. (Did I miss anything?...no?...good.) My husband is very understanding, (most of the time,) and I share my monomania with my beloved sibling, Sadie Elfgirl, who is an amazing author. She allows me to be her beta, and sounding board for plots.If you haven't read her stories, and you like LOTR angst, go do that now.

Oh good, back already? Well, continuing on then.My very favorite character is, and always has been Aragorn. I love stories about Estel at all ages, and especially ones that involve his adopted elven family, Legolas and lots of suffering. Why? Because I'm a shameless angst lover. Emotional trauma, physical torture, if it's painful, I'm there.

Sick, I know. (Sigh) Oh well.

Well, I have not yet posted any stories of my own, but I hope to some day remedy that. Until then I will continue to enjoy all the rest of the delightful stories on this sight. Thank you all for sharing and may the evil doom monkeys never plague your footsteps.
