My name is Lils. I've gone through a fair number of identity changes on this site and others - lilymalfoy, lysrouge, tehlils, lilsorz and now flashily.

I'm a connoisseur of music, though my tastes are not as discriminating as others expect of one. I believe variety is the spice of life and music should be enjoyed for what is, not what it could be. Just one look at my last.fm library is enough to see I listen to a little bit of everything.

I am just as eclectic in my tastes for movies, books, anime, manga, video games, fic, food, everything... Life is to be explored and enjoyed to it's fullest. I make it my goal to try something new whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Shameless fan of Kingdom Hearts AUs, especially of the high school and college variety. A fic I read recently, Ballad inspired me to pick up the fic I had started over a year ago and work on it again. The direction had changed drastically from what it had started as and became something so completely overwhelming that I set it aside. Now you can read it as the work in progress, Rise to Fame. I'm currently writing chapters 2-4 simultaneously so it will take a little longer for the next update than I plan to take in the future - but you'll be getting three chapters at once. (2-4 are at beta now!)

Sometimes hitting it big isn't easy. Sometimes it is. Sometimes it comes down to pure chance and being in the right place at the right time. It's always hard work. Three bands from three cities meet in a Battle of the Bands competition and embark on a journey together through the trials and tribulations of the music industry. Axel/Saïx with eventual Axel/Roxas, Sora/Riku and several other pairings. Great big music industry AU set mostly in Chicago with stops in Detroit, Anaheim, and other locations across the United States. Takes place in the year 20XX. Rated M for sex, drugs & rock and roll.

Demyx has a Rogue electric sitar, an NS/Stick set to bass tunings, a basic electric guitar, an electric acoustic guitar tuned to produce sitar-like sounds, multiple effects pedals and does a lot of eight-finger tapping. Youtube has many many examples of these.

Saïx has a drum kit with the standard rock setup. Naminé has a keyboard, synth and sampler that she uses.
