Hey everyone. I'm Ravenfur, a human being from the United States. Specifically, the state of Michigan, but that's as much as you're getting out of me. With my university studies I've got a lot on my plate but I try to squeeze in writing, both fanfiction and original fiction, whenever I'm not studying. I'm generally more productive on breaks so expect to see updates from me in the summer and around university holidays.

I use the favorites list to keep track of what I like to reread, so you can probably guess what I'm interested in at the moment by looking at that.

Happy reading,

Ravenfur.

Update: 27 March 2011

I have become completely absorbed in BBC's Sherlock. It's a fantastic series and I highly recommend it! I'm writing quite slowly though, very tough semester at my university.

Strange note though, just after I posted Unofficial Mother, I went to my weekly trivia game, and one of the questions was, "What fictional character lives at 221B Baker Street?" :)

Stories

The Light Brigade (Harry Potter x Stargate: Atlantis): After the war with Voldemort, the champions of the light scattered to the four winds. Eighteen years after the Dark Lord was killed, secrets of Lieutenant Colonel John Sheppard's past are revealed. Harry Potter x Stargate: Atlantis crossover, McShep. Current Status: COMPLETE!

War Games (Stargate: Atlantis): Why did the Atlantis expedition requisition 500,000 water balloons? Oneshot, slight SamJack. Current Status: Complete

Secret Santa (Stargate: Atlantis): Rodney sets a new world record after giving out his Secret Santa exchange gift. Current Status: Complete

A Day At The Beach (Stargate: Atlantis): Major Henry Sheppard (Ret.) hadn't expected a simple visit to the beach to turn into such an adventure. At least now he finally knew what his son had been getting up to... Genfic, no ships. This was written before Outcast was aired, so it ignores John Sheppard's backstory revealed in that episode. Current Status: Complete!

Talking to Fortuna (Doctor Who): A year through the eyes of Karl Squire, an ordinary security guard who works in the sculpture room of the British Museum, and his acquaintance with a rather odd man in a pinstriped suit. Current Status: Complete

Unofficial Mother (Sherlock): Martha Hudson had always children. Gen, no ships. Current Status: Complete

My stories are cross-posted at Whofic, Wraithbait and Archive of our Own as applicable.

(Character in the avatar is Sid the White Rabbit, a puppet from The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, which airs on CBS in the United States. Probably the funniest show airing in the USA. I encourage you to watch, if only for the rare cold open when Sid the cussing rabbit decides to grace us with his presence.)
